This home was very clean, comfortable and a great location. It had everything we needed, full kitchen, large dining room and family room. We had four adults and there was plenty of room. Looking forward to going back in the warmer months to enjoy the outside, especially the fire pit.

Our family of 7 aged 60+ found this rental to be as pleasant as advertised and very comfortable. It was well provisioned and the area was beautiful. The addition of a TV would have been welcomed to keep abreast of the news but we were aware of there not being one so all was good. We enjoyed playing games, reading and watching the regular passings of horse and buggies. We would rent this unit again.

Overall, the property worked well for myself and three friends. No TV was a surprise so we watched our favorite football team on ipads (thank goodness for wifi), I stayed in a downstairs bedroom with a large bathroom but the gals upstairs said their shower was very small and the bathroom floor and rug were dirty. There is also alot of traffic on that highway although the clip clop of horses was so enjoyable! The countryside was just breathtaking and traveling the country roads so fun. A lovely property with plenty of room!

The property is very central to many attractions. We stayed with 2 other couples and we loved the size of the property. Having four bedrooms and three bathrooms is a huge plus. The host, Suzanne is just an email away for any questions. There are no televisions on the property, which i thought was a little odd, but soon came to realize that it was a time to unplug from tv viewing and enjoy quality time with friends, we did not miss it. Overall, a very charming place.

The place was very cute. We really enjoyed the outside fire pit area where you could listen to the horse and carriages go by. Great location. We were surprised there was no tv or dishwasher and the upstairs shower was very small.

4 of us girlfriends have been friends for 36yrs since college days. We haven't seen each other in 21 yrs until we had the best wkend together @ The Flower Patch Cottage. Your home is just stunning, bright, extremely clean, cozy, and we had everything one would need. The waterfall shower was amazing. The beds were so comfortable everyone sleep great. We were so close to all the stores. We brought food to make a delicious Italian dinner on our 1st night there. We shopped at Kaufman's market nearby for fresh vegetables to make a delicious salad. The 4 of us girls sitting around the dining room table enjoying great food, wine , stories and old secrets was exactly what 4 best friends needed. We plan to make this a yearly adventure to The Patch Cottage. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!!

Great central location to visit kettle village and sight and sound theater

Four sisters and our hubbies stayed here for a midweek vacation. It was perfect for us…. 4 bedrooms with queen beds and 3 bathrooms. Very comfy and homey! Loved it all!

Our family had a few days to enjoy the area. We loved the set up of this house, as well as the location! Would definitely book again!

Loved the location right in the middle of the action on a main road travelled by Amish buggies regularly!

Old and new friendships began within this comfortable home. Kitchen was roomy and had all the necessary equipment and was very functional. The living room comfortably sat 8 adults. I must say it was roomy and spacious with an outside area that we were able to utilize. There was a County wide ban on fires so we couldn't utilize the fire pit but we enjoyed sitting around it laughing and enjoying good conversation never-the-less. It was a convenient place to stay as it was so close to area attractions. Suzanne was very responsive to all of our communication. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Easy to communicate

Beautiful property in Lancaster. The house was just as described. It’s was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time together as a family.

Suzanne was helpful from the very beginning of booking this cute cottage with the fast responsive emails. Getting a house for my family with two babies under two is just easier these days than a hotel. The house is equipped with a pack and play, high chair that turns into a rocking horse which was super cute! Children's books and even some blocks and kid games! My parents stayed with me and we each had our own bathroom! The fireplace outside was so nice one night! The country and the ambience of the area and the attention to detail of the house and decor was perfect. It was close to lots of shops and farms to get fresh produce and baked goods! There is literally a stand across the street of yummy desserts on Saturdays! And then a farm stand right next door. The dinning room has a bay window where my 21 month old son would just look out everyday at the horse and buggies. It is 12 minutes from the Sight and Sound theater which puts on spectacular bible shows! Better than Broadway! The house also has some spices and olive oil which made cooking a bit easier and even tea, coffee, and detergent in case you needed to run a wash. My only suggestion would be to supply a good cutting board and a knife set. Thanks Suzanne! Can't wait to return! :)

We enjoyed our stay at the Flower Patch Cottage. I remember shopping here when the building in the back was a store. Fond memories of this property. We were close to many shops within walking distance from Kitchen Kettle. We enjoyed having our own bedroom with queen size beds. We also enjoyed the fire pit and conversation outdoors.

House was great. Lived hanging outside by the fire pit. So close to kitchen kettle village. Great location. Would stay here again.

This is one of the top two rentals that I have stayed in and I use short term rentals a lot. The house was immaculate, mattresses were comfortable and I really liked the bathroom towels. The location is convenient to everything. It would be nice to have a reflector at the driveway as it is difficult to find the driveway at night. You truly have a wonderful view of life in Amish country right out your window. Watching the carriages roll by and the work on the farm was educational and enjoyable. There is no TV if that is important to you, but we didn’t even notice that until we were leaving. I hope to rent this house again in the future.

The whole house was great. Very spacious and accommodating. Had everything we needed for our stay. The decor was real nice. Will definitely stay again in the future!

The house was very close to fun shops and not far from sight and sound. There was a fire pit area to use but the fire wood was not seasoned and it took quite a bit to get it started. We had a fire one night but the back field had just been fertilized with liquid fertilizer and the smell drove us Indoors! It lasted a couple of days so we couldn’t use the fire pit. Other than that, the house was very clean and nice. Toiletries were mentioned but none of the bathrooms had soap for showering so bring your own. We didn’t cook any meals there so I can’t comment on the cookware available. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to the area.

It was an amazing experience, I wish I could have been there a few more days.

We had an amazing time at Flower Patch Cottage. It was beautiful , clean , quiet, and close to so many attractions, restaurants, stores etc! I would definitely come here again with my family !

This was the perfect location for our NY, MA, and VA family to get together for a long weekend. It was a spacious and charming property. It was walking distance to many cute shops and a short drive to Lancaster and other area attractions. We had such a great time!

Very centered to shops and sites. House was comfortable for 4 couples. Two couples would not need the upstairs. No complaints.

Warm and welcoming cottage. Nice size living room for gathering. Perfect for families. We had a great stay!
