Clean and comfortable Inn. Very charming and cozy. Close to Kettle Kitchen shops. Fifteen minutes from Lancaster and Sight's and Sounds theater. Yet, in the heart of Amish community.I would definitely stay again!!

Stayed only one night. But everything was clean from the lobby to the room. Continental breakfast was really good as well.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very clean hotel. Central to a lot of activities in Lancaster, PA. Didn’t partake in the breakfast but others in my party did and said it was fine.

The hotel/ room was clean and smelled great, the staff was friendly and so helpful, this is one of the cleanest hotels that we have been to in a long time that is very well run and maintained by the staff that was working there at the time we went there thank you for the experience and for making us feel at home away from home.
The complementary breakfast was so good and it was actually really solid food, (good job team well done). We will be coming back in the future for sure.

We enjoyed our stay, we come every year and stay at your hotel. The staff is wonderful we love Fanny in the dining area. It’s always a pleasure to see her every year.

Hotel was nice. Pool could have been a little cleaner. There was hair floating around the first day. They had tons of towels by the pool which was nice. Rooms were clean and cleaned everyday. They even went as far as folding our kids blankets when they made the bed. Staff was great!! Family friendly for sure! Parking was easy and convient.

Had a wonderful couple of days. Will definitely return. Peaceful, inviting, good breakfast and hot tub. Room was great, emp!oyees were friendly, pleasant and willing to help with anything.

This is the only hotel we will stay at when we visit the area. It's a safe and clean hotel,
which is important for my children. The hot buffet breakfast is always delicious and it is within walking distance to Kitchen Kettle Village.

Our stay here was fantastic.. The lobby restroom was the cleanest and best smelling public restroom I have ever been in. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was amazing. I’ve never said this about any hotel I’ve stayed out. Will definitely try to be back. I hope all Best western’s are this great

It’s always amazing to stay in Bestwestern Intercourse Plus! This is the reason why we always come back every year!!! It’s a great place to stay! We love the staff and the location. Great customer service and very friendly and accommodating!!

Our stay was comfortable, but we had to switch rooms as our original room reeked of mold and mildew. I have a compromised immune system from cancer, so could not stay in that room. The only available alternative was a king suite that we had to pay an additional $500 dollars for. We should not have had to pay for an upgrade when the conditions in the room were the hotel’s responsibility.
