The balcony on this unit is by far the largest we have ever had in a rental property. (Amazing). Now to the parts that were not pleasant. The washing machine was holding dirty water when we went to do laundry . I ran the washing machine clean cycle and it resolved the problem. We ate out most of our trip so I had no reason to look inside the dishwasher until the day of checkout when I was putting the coffee pot and utensils we had used. The dishwasher looked extremely dirty and moldy. And lastly let’s talk about the parking garage. Going in is fine and the designated spot for 2201 couldn’t have been more convenient to the elevator. Coming back out is where it gets tricky. The ramp you have to go down has concrete walls on both sides also you are turning into the ramp. If you drive a larger vehicle this is crazy hard. For reference we drive a F-150 short wheel base. It can be done but it is not an easy task and there are rub marks on the wall where other people didn’t do so well. So here is my summary. The condo is beautiful, balcony is amazing. I will probably never stay here again just because of the parking garage ( my husband agreed) and the major appliances need some love. If you have a small car and don’t need a dishwasher. Then it’s great.

However, the condo was not clean properly floor was dirty could not walk barefoot … smelly dirty water in the bottom of the wash machine I didn’t realize it till after I threw my clothes in… Otherwise it was a great vacation..

Stayed first week of November. Still had awesome weather and enjoyed the beach at this beautiful, well maintained condo on the 22nd floor, with amazing views. Rooms were clean and cozy with all having attached bathrooms. Beds were just ok! Kitchen had everything we needed. Pools were closed a few days for maintenance but that’s understood during the fall. Loved the location with a small dinner across the street with amazing breakfast and coffee. Walk down to pineapple willeys daily to replenish the cocktails to have on the beach. Really enjoyed coming in the fall never had to wait for dinner and any of the restaurants and nor waited for elevators which are really fast. We will definitely book this place again.

We enjoyed our stay! The beds are hard as brick and the dish washer didn’t latch so everything needed hand washed. Other than that, great! Would stay again if I brought a mattress topper. Bakery/cafe across the street, Walmart down the road. Beach toys provided we didn’t even have to bring anything with us. The pool has a shaded part perfect for kids. Parking is right outside the elevator for this condo and VERY convenient. We had four condos rented out including this one with family and we all enjoyed our stay!

We had a blast staying at the Ocean Ritz. We had an amazing view being on the 22nd floor! The only complaints we have is honestly about parking! We found it really annoying to pay what we did for the rental and then only had one parking pass basically because even the overflow parking lot was always full. We had to spend an extra $100 just for parking for the week. Other than that we enjoyed the condo!

This was a great unit for our family vacation! Loved the location and the beaches were beautiful! There were however a couple of issues with the unit. The kitchen is a very small galley kitchen and pretty tight for a family of thirteen! The refridgerator needed to be replaced! It was very noisy, the ice maker did not work, and it ran constantly! The washing machine was not very clean and had an odor - we cleaned it before using which definitely helped! The only other issue was there was actually sand in some of the beds which indicated to us that sheets had not been changed!!!!! We also found sand throughout the unit on floors and behind furniture. We loved the unit but the cleaning of it left a lot to be desired!!!

The location was great. Had issues with air leaking for the 1st 2 days. First night was super hot and uncomfortable due to air not working, couldn’t get answers when asking for help. Didn’t get parking passes until day 3. Finally got those and air fixed and the remaining 2 days were great.

The condo was beautiful but the mattress were terrible. I only give this a bad rating because I am still suffering from that bad mattress.

Our door trim was broken when we came in but we notified them and within an hour of us being gone it was fixed! All the staff we came in contact with were super friendly. There was only one elevator working because they were working on building a new one but we didn’t go in peak season so the longest we waited on an elevator was maybe 5 minutes. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was great and was in the perfect location. This was our first trip to PCB and without a doubt has been our favorite U.S. destination thus far. The only downfall to the condo is the elevators (a little bit slow but they were working on fixing the second one so this may not be the case when that gets fixed) and the fact that someone kept taking our parking spot.

The property was designed perfectly with rooms on every corner with a bathroom in each, spacious condo and incredible balcony with a breathtaking view. Not good for children as there is a full glass cabinet with glasswares in it that doesn’t lock, kitchen didn’t have but maybe 3-4 plastic cups and the rest were glass. No plastic plates or bowls either. Made for a very on edge experience with small children. Perfect for adults though, as I prefer glass. LOTS of breakable decor throughout that I had to go through and put away beforehand. Had a blender and plenty of pots, pans, silverware and plastic storage containers. Plenty of linens as well. Beds were comfortable and the room stayed at a comfortable temp. TVs in every bedroom and plenty of closets/dressers. Never had a problem with hot water but the jacuzzi doesn’t work in master suite. Couldn’t use the door latch due to trim separating from the wall but it does had a deadbolt. We just had to keep a close eye on the toddlers who had actually escaped into the breezeway one afternoon. Parking was quite tight in a mid size suv. Hot tub is quite small and fills up quickly, especially with children. Wish there was a sign that said no children allowed. Pool was clean, decent sized and had plenty of loungers, chairs and umbrellas but doesn’t open until 10am. Short and enjoyable walk to the beach. Saw TONS of marine life! Dolphins, sea lions, shark, stingrays and fish all from our balcony. Overall A- and would recommend:)

Mattresses are in need of replacement, condo is layer out nicely. Balcony a big plus, needs to leave more paper goods, dish towels in condo for guests.

Nice experience. Would have been nice to have 2 working elevators. Too many little kids hanging out in hot tub.

My family, along with two other families and their children, stayed here 11/3 - 11/8 and had a fantastic time. The property was clean, check in process was as easy as can be, and this was a great time of year to visit! The views from the property were incredible and the layout was perfect for large groups. We were concerned after reading the other reviews but we honestly didn’t experience the same issues at all. There was only one elevator working but it was a slow time of year so this wasn’t really an issue. Parking could have been better but it wasn’t a huge deal for us. I certainly recommend this property!

The condo was nice, unfortunately it was not clean. We had to sweep and vaccum the floors. The towels were brand new, they put them out without washing them, they smelled horrible. The kitchen was dirty. The ceiling fan in the other master didn't work. The bathroom door knob fell off in my hand. I notified someone but they never responded. The outside balcony could have used a good washing. The location was good.

I had to clean it when we got there, saw roaches in cabinets, they kicked us off balcony with no notice at 8am to paint (no warning at all), pool was closed every day until 5pm (construction above pool and no warning at all), one of two elevators closed half way through for upgrades with no warning, and Emerald Coast Destinations, ECDI, (Vacation Rentals Property Management) screens calls after they discover it's you and refuses to respond at all, even to the Better Business Bureau. Owners and other companies confirm they all knew about these upgrades and planned maintenance for months, but ECDI told us nothing. I have kids, a pool is important, and the balcony is the biggest selling feature, but we couldn't use ours for the entire day and all the balcony furniture was put in the living and dining room, with that and the paint smell, we couldn't even be in the condo from about 8am to 7pm that day.

Stayed at Ocean Ritz several times different condos! This one was very nice after I cleaned. Housekeeping sucked but I always clean ever where I stay! Bathrooms was dirty and floor where dirty. But beautiful condo and perfect view. Maintenance guys awesome in every way. Also 2 tvs and dishwasher was broke(stinks soo bad). Needs new housekeeping and leave brooms and vacuum out for guest to clean up after themselves or just because housekeeping didn’t do it

All I have too say is everything was perfect! Location, access. The owner was the absolute best! Thank you again for everything!! We’ll be back!!

Read and research the the Ocean Ritz condos before you rent. Believe everything you read bad because it is true. I have never left a bad review on anything before. Here are the reasons for the bad review. (1) The parking there is horrible. Only one parking spot per unit and the other parking is across the street in a public parking area that cost extra for the week. THIS SHOULD BE IN THE DESCRIPTION but is not. This means you have to walk down the street to the pedestrian crossing to cross and you hope the drivers are paying attention enough to let you cross. (2) The elevators are terrible. Only two elevators for the whole complex. The bad part is that only one elevator was operational for the majority of the week. Waits were 35-45 minutes or you had to take the stairs, which I did a couple of times. (3) They were pressure washing and painting the balcony the whole week. While traveling back and forth the water they were spraying with would get all over you. Paint chips were every where and tracked all over the place. All of the furniture was taking off of the balcony and so we were not able to enjoy it as we would have liked to. (4) The fridge/freezer was not cooling like it was suppose to. They did someone to work on it but it did not fix the issue. Alot of the food we had in the freezer was ruined. We did not call back because we were so frustrated with everything else going on all we wanted to do was pack up and leave. (5) The first day or two we saw a few roaches. We killed them and did not see any after that but we were paranoid the rest of the week wondering if we were going to bring them home with us. In my opinion all the place is good for is to tear down and a new building put in its place.

Case # 36787664 I booked and rented 2201 Ocean Ritz from you for the last week in July 2022. Prior to renting I read the reviews and was aware of the infestation of roaches earlier in the season from the last client. I assumed it had been taken care of, however, that was not the case. After arriving, the place was not clean at all. Bathtub baffles have so much black guck on them it is almost oozing into the tub. I really can’t understand how you could charge a cleaning fee & simply not clean the unit. I spent 2 days of the vacation stripping the bed in the bunk room because my husband was completely bitten up by the fleas or whatever bugs that were/are in the bed. I stripped the bed twice & sanitized it. I will attach pictures. The furniture in the tv room is old and worn out, not as expected in a $6400 rental. The final issue was that we rented a condo with a Pool for the kids. The pool was closed the whole week due to painting of the building. That should have been disclosed to us prior to cutoff date for changes, that the pool would ONLY be opened after 5, and one of the days not at all, completely unacceptable, not what we paid for in our rental agreement. We really should have left & filed a claim with VRBO. We didn’t because our family came from four different states to spend the time together. So, we tried to make the best of the situation. I am hoping to be able to come to some sort of agreeable solution In addition, I find very disconcerting is that when I called & left a message with the young lady answering the phone 3 days ago, I was told that I would get a call back. Called again yesterday, left message. Called today & spoke with Sara, who apparently is tired of these types of calls, as she was screening your calls for you. Obviously, there is a problem here?

**DO NOT STAY HERE** We did not get into our condo till 7 PM when we were suppose to check in at 4 PM due to the cleaning lady did not arrive till 4 PM. The condo was not clean when she left. We did not have sheets on our bed. Had to call for her to come back. Our washing machine was broken. We did not have enough pool bracelets. Our pool was closed for a few days due to them painting all the balconies. When I email the owner I never get a response back. I have tried and tried and they will not reply back to me. So unprofessional.

The condo in general was great. Plenty of space both inside and on balcony. Unfortunately they were doing some pressure washing and painting so our balcony was covered in dust and paint chips. Also the freezer went out the 2nd day there and maintenance man came and was there for less than 2 min and told us that it was working fine and left. It didn't work the entire trip. Parking is horrible at this complex. U have one spot but there's an overflow lot with a few spots. We had to pay for parking for all of our vehicles but 1. The gate codes for pool and beach didn't work properly and gates kept malfunctioning. Also condo needs a vacuum available because the big area rugs throughout
