The breakfast

Bed was super comfortable and room was clean. It was a very cold weekend but the room was warm and inviting.

I booked because of the pool on premise but apparently a storm took the roof off in late December. No fault of the property but we were disappointed. Room was great but hair dryer didn't work so I let the front desk person know.

We did not stay. they did not disclose that the pool is not usable because of structural damage.

The rude staff.

The indoor pool was closed, the hotel had no ice machine, the towels were dirty, mirror in bathroom was broken, fireplace was not working and would not let us check out at 12 even though there were no customers

Nothing.

The front desk is advertised as staffed 24/7 I called to let them know we couldn't check in until 1030pm as we both run businesses and can't get there until then. It wasn't a problem, until we got there. The woman screamed at me because I woke her up to check in, for 20 min she gave me a hard time until I told her I was leaving then I got my key. The next few nights, I was repeatedly yelled at for 20+ min because the key didn't work after midnight and I needed to get in at 1030 the next few nights. They didn't like the fact that we had a kind size room for two men. This place was dirty, there were strands of her hair in all the towels and bedding and the floors were cold and creaking, it was like it was.built 100 years ago and they were too cheap to fix it up. They were very rude and kept causing me to have to go to the desk when we got in at night. I went every am to get a new key for that night but every night the key didn't work and she screamed at me. That place lost my business and everyone I know. Never again staying at a Travelodge if that's how they treat their customer

Location, jetted tub

Staff rude, not clean, falling apart, mold, light bulbs were out and needed replacing, floors that moved, old linens, not well maintained at all, water damage, so many things so wrong. But good luck getting a refund. One visit had a water break, another visit water fell from the ceiling, no customer service or efforts to wing these discounts. Terrible terrible customer service. Can't believe I was still charged.

Location was great, very close to the white mountains! Definitely a bonus, the pool was amazing with a connected hot tub! Staff was very accommodating when we asked to switch rooms!

Room on the first floor was terrible compare to the units on the second floor, nevertheless price is the same. Unfriendly staff, breakfast is a pure joke, hot tub/jacuzzi filled with water from the pool which is not even warm.

We booked a room with a king sized bed and jet tub. We enjoyed both of those, plus the gas fireplace. The room was spacious and quiet.

It seemed this motel had gone through some renovations that just didn't quite work. The bathroom was extremely large, but the door to the toilet part wouldn't close and the flooring moved. As you entered the bathroom, you sloped downward. The fireplace was nice, but warmed the room too high, too fast. I'm guessing that was a regular complaint because there was also a floor fan nearby. When running the air in the room, it would blow the curtains open, so we had to put chairs up against them for privacy. Lastly, we were located right by the ice machine, but it was empty with no ice available.

The service was poor, the breakfast area was a disaster. pipes in the bathroom was dripping, I tried tightening it but I couldn’t. The shower head need replacing, it sprayed all over the place…just a disaster

I booked 2 rooms for my family and a friend. My friends room had no coffee maker, clock nor luggage rack. The breakfast was lousy with barely any choices of food. There was only coffee to drink. The tubs in the room are dangerous. There are no non skid mats nor strips. There is only one tiny low down grab bar. The whole place needs to be cleaned up and updated. It is old and not in good shape. The employees were not friendly at all and nasty. We witness one yelling at a guest. We arrived a little early before check in time. We went in to ask if we can check in early. We got barked at by a housekeeper that we couldn’t. It was fine we were not able to but she should not have barked at us.

Building is rundown. Hallway had a strange odor to it

Reasonably quiet. Shower OK.

The room stank of cleaning product. Windows were filthy, ventilation poor. The property is shabby and should be condemned. Staff spoke good Hindi (?), but not much English. Breakfast was a bad joke. Room not worth even half the rate we were charged. Feel like we had our pockets picked.

Staff in morning was rude. The place is run down. Holes in the lawn next to swing set where kids could twist an ankle or worse. Indian family runs it and I’m sure doesn’t have the same standards as other hotels for the same price

Made reservations for 11pm and was kind enough to allow us to still get our room at 12:30am due to being stuck in concert traffic.

GPS is wrong, just stay on main road passed where it asks to turn.

The view was good. The hot water was immediate and sufficient.

The bed was very uncomfortable the room was in bad disrepair. Hard to plug items in... the plug kept falling out. Only had 4 plugs in the room.

We are breakfast elsewhere.
