The property was very clean quiet and ready for guests. A little different than previous b and bs but worked out fine. Would recommend to friends

My stay here was great; no problems at all. Very clean, lots of amenities even though i didn’t need them it was nice to know if i had forgotten anything…..i didn’t need to run to the store. I will definitely stay here again when I visit the area.

Cute little place. Comfortable bed. Definitely not for anyone who has a handicap. It had everything that we needed. Only problem was on VRBO's end. I never received a phone number for the owner. When I tried to communicate, our ETA, by messenger, it would not go through. I called VRBO's toll free number and they contacted the owner for us.

This is a small 2 story apartment with main space on 2nd floor. The room is just big enough for 2 people but on the 1st floor there is a couch also and TV and Paul has provided lots of amenities that made our stay pleasant, some of them are : TV with Roku, refrigerator , microwave, toaster/oven, coffee maker and coffee pods, essentials needed in the kitchen so you can have a meal if you choose to eat in. The street is very quiet but minutes away from Largo mall area, close to few beaches and Clearwater Pier60.

Nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to all
of our needs. Only a 15-minute drive to the beach. We had everything we needed in our private and quiet rental. Very clean and the host was prompt in all of his communications. We would stay there again.

This place was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The unit was small, but clean and had appropriate amenities. Check in was easy and owner met us at the unit.

Nice stay for 2 people. Property manager was very prompt in answering messages and phone calls. Overall a pleasent stay and would stay again.

Paul was very helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet. The area was close to everything far as food and shopping malls. Absolutely has a wonderful stay. And yes when we come back to the Florida area we will stay again if this place is available..

Like new and spotless, we could walk around on bare feet and they stayed completely clean. It was well stocked with more items then we could ever think of. Owner was friendly and great with info and he lives just down the street. Super quiet neighborhood and close to everything. If we go to this area again this is where we will want to stay.

Paul provided a great place to stay! Everything was very clean and just as described in the listing. Plenty of extra amenities that were unexpected made the stay even better. Access to the property is super easy and the location is perfect to get to tons of attractions in a short amount of time! We will absolutely stay again if we are in the area.

Unfortunately the second bed downstairs was horribly uncomfortable. The mattress topper kept sliding around on the couch. Loud noises came through the door into the living room and was disconcerting. The kitchen was upstairs in the bedroom. The host, Pavel, was very helpful.
