La Great Room e la cucina completamente attrezzata si affacciano su un prato di fiori selvatici. Perfetto per le coppie, è un viaggio romantico ideale. Ti senti lontano un milione di miglia, eppure sei a tuo agio con tutto. Griglia a gas sul ponte comune mentre si guarda la riva uccelli e barche o le stelle e la luce della luna brillano sull'acqua. Rilassati con la colazione sul ponte mentre pianifichi la giornata.
Una breve passeggiata sul ponte per la bellissima spiaggia per un giorno d'estate che ricorderai tutto l'anno.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7-day stay in the cottage. It served as a great base for wider exploration of the entire cape, and was nicely located only a few yards from Colonial Acres beach on Lewis Bay, a lovely beach for chilling, paddling, watching wildlife, the ferries running in and out of Hyannis and as it happened perfect for watching the end of summer fireworks across the bay.

We had a wonderful stay at Sheila’s condo. Location is great, near by the ocean. We had everything we needed on place. Sheila was easy to reach. Check in was very simple. Would definitely recommend.

Overall great time. Unit was very clean and it was a great location! Only drawback was limited hot water and Murphy bed although adequate was not my favorite

Great little place perfect for our weekend getaway to cape cod. Location is perfect and very close to ferry terminals so taking an excursion to Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard was a snap!

Our stay was everything we expected and more. It was quiet, homey, clean and decorated so beautifully. Very comfortable and many extras like an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and kitchen needs. We will certainly stay there again. Already planning next years stay. Thank you

This was the perfect property for our short, but awesome, Cape Cod summer experience. The property was exactly what we expected, PLUS more. The owner covered every detail that a guest may need, snacks for the hungry traveler, glassware for wine or champagne, a Keurig machine stocked with K-cups; explicit instructions for everything from operating the TV to parking to how to lock the door to how to check-out. One of the nice surprises was a wireless speaker that we could connect our phones to stream music. The property was very clean, comfortable and really provided everything we needed for our stay. The location is ideal - centrallly located, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of summer traffic, it provides a pleasant, cozy and quiet abode.

If you are looking for space..this one isnt for you. IF you want sleep thats out too. Neighbors were very loud after ten and
so much for noice ordinance, NO NOISE after ten, fireworks on beach and right outside the great room window IN the complex. Directions for things in condo (a/c, had no idea where pillows were, had to go and buy some, TV when she says NO Cable she means it we coundnt even get the news or weather, no stove made cooking difficult, and the grille isnt very close by, you need to share with the other residents and rain meant no cooking outside.
Otherwise it fit my needs, wanted to be on beach and i got that, next time i will bring more money because cooking in is impossible.

My husband and I had a family wedding on the Cape and decided to get a little place for ourselves instead of a hotel. This location did not disappoint! The kitchen was fully stocked, right down to a Keurig w/Pods. The bathroom was plenty big with great water pressure in shower. Three steps up and you were in the living room/bedroom. When the Murphy Bed is up, there is plenty of room to entertain w/plenty of seating. When the Murphy Bed is down, there is still plenty of room to move around. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, as was the couch. Parking was easy and just a short walk over the bridge to the beach! Highly recommend!!

Condo was perfect. Small but had everything you could possibly need….lots of kitchen utensils, beach things and generally a lovely place to be. Beautifully decorated with a Cape Cod theme with lovely views of the beach. Barbecue area was used and much appreciated. We feel so lucky to have found such a great place only a minute or two from the beach.

This cute little cottage was the perfect stay for a getaway on the cape!! A beautiful view of the ocean from the rooms and VERY clean with so many amenities! Definitely recommending and coming back for another stay!

This is a beautiful location! Early risers can watch the sunrise colors spread over the sky and water from the beach (just a minute over the sweet bridge) and sunsets from the beach, deck, and condo window are stunning. You can also watch the ferries come and go from nearby Hyannis through the day. Yarmouth provides easy access to all parts of the Cape, especially nearby inner and outer beaches. Lots of restaurants, fish stores, grocery stores, entertainment. A lovely long-weekend break that we are likely to repeat!

This property could not be more charming. The location is absolutely perfect, and the space itself is well appointed, clean, and just darling. Sheila was a great host, and was helpful, communicative, and we loved her place. I would absolutely book this condo again. It’s perfect for two.

Was a wonderful little cottage - perfect for two. Perfect location on Cape Cod- close to restaurants, ferries to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard, shopping,. Everything was clean and tidy. Would stay here again. Has a Murphy bed- for more space during the day just fold into wall.

It was beautiful right on the water and close to the ferries, whale watching. Restaurants in Hyannis weee wonderful. Owner did such a great job of decorating and use of space. Even though it is small we did not feel cramped. We will stay here again.

Very nice accomodations. Everything you need. The deck and the view is wonderful, as are the neighbors. Great location for all there is to see and do. Captain Parker's IS the best chowder around.
