The room was not cleaned well at all. The shower door shattered in one of the bathrooms glass cut my husbands eye so he had to go to ER then an eye doctor. The chandelier above the kitchen table had a globe busted and was just taped up with electrical tape. We showed up to the room not having at least one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms and we had to buy a dust pan just to try and clean up most of the glass for the bathroom to be used.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit in Majestic Beach Resorts. There is a bit of walking from the parking garage to the units, however the set up is efficient and easy to check out carts and load/unload in the zone. Never an issue finding a parking space and they recognize your vehicle registration as you pull up to the garage. Part of our group arrived a few hours prior to check in time and the unit was ready which was great. The unit was overall clean with some minor blemishes (broken drawer and burn mark on one of the ottomans). Nothing unexpected for a rental. Initial supplies (soap, TP, etc.) were also minimal, but again wasn’t unexpected. The sliding door in the living room was difficult to open (probably just needed the rollers adjusted) and I did report this and received a quick response, however, maintenance did not come during our stay. Hopefully it was fixed for the next guests. The extra large balcony was amazing and totally worth it! Amazing views of the beach and poolside. Plenty of room in the unit for our group of 9 and the beds were super comfortable! We were a bit surprised by the strict rules in the pool. Absolutely no drinks in/near edge of pool and we were also told to take our inflatable out even though it wasn’t a posted rule. Beach access was great and plenty of space to set up and even play cornhole. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and truly enjoyed the onsite amenities!!

My family of 12 booked this condo for a week vacation. Check in/unloading was very simple. The condo was very spacious with enough room for us all. However, the floors were filthy with sand and dirt. We had a broom with no dust pan and no mop to clean up. There were crumbs of food in the bedroom closet. The bathrooms all had mold. The AC unit was clogged and leaked all over the 3rd bathroom floor. I notified the manager and they sent someone 2 days later. We had to use or own towels to keep the water up. The balcony door in the living room was off the track and hard to open. The vent above the dining area dripped water. Furniture (mainly couch and beds) are in desperate need of replacing. The couches stuffing was falling out. The beds squeaked and mattresses were badly stained from spills. The property itself was nice and pools were very nice. Elevators rarely worked. Most days only one or two were operational. Overall I would not stay here again.

Great location, perfect layout with the wraparound deck area and a nice small deck for one of the extra bedrooms. Plenty of room for our family of 12. The living area furniture needs updating really bad. The dish washer leaks when using. Middle bathroom only has one light working. The worst part of the trip was getting into the room when everyone at the majestic has the same check in time with elevators and the loading and unloading area over run with people. I would recommend staggered check in times on the weekend and staggered check out times to accommodate for the staggered checkin time. We came an hour after the check in time and still had to wait close to an hour and a half to get everything unloaded and into the room. We will definitely look at using this property again in the future. Not a fan of the wrist bands either.

Arrived at Condo and was able to get in on time with no problems at all. Has lots of room and everything was very clean. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Balcony is great. Condo is on pool side and bar and grill are very accessible. We have no complaints!!!

We love the Majestic. Unit was nice and size was perfect for us. The unit may be due for a few upgrades and repairs. Furniture in living room was dirty and broke- kitchen faucet was broke as well. Master bath toilet you have to hold down for a while to flush.

Overall, we had a great time.Con:There were very few day-to-day provisions provided. There was one roll of paper towels, no extra toilet paper, no tissues, and no trash bags. In the kitchen there was no salt, no pepper, no cooking oil and no coffee filters.Pros:The owner was quick to answer questions prior to the stay.The condo was as described and very clean.We had a couple of maintenance issues but the issues were taken care of the same day.The balcony is large with a fantastic view of the ocean. The large table on the balcony provided a great place for meals and playing games.The air conditioner worked very well.

When we arrived at 4:00pm to check in house keeping was still working on the room. We had to stand outside with all our luggage, an infant and toddler, while they finished. After they finished we were told they would have to come back later with bed sheets. It was 6:00pm before they finished. When we looked around the room itself…the couch was FILTHY, the cabinets are all peeling, the carpets throughout the entire condo are disgusting, the glass lamp in the living area is broken, the lights were out( we had to replace the bulbs), a sink and tub both backed up, the toilet in the master bathroom constantly runs…we contacted the owner, their response was “we’ll send maintenance out to fix” and we never seen them. The resort itself is great, the elevators were NEVER packed and super fast, the security is AMAZING. We understand there is going to be wear and tear throughout all condos, but for what we paid at this one…working lights, toilets, and cleanliness is a must. Hopefully we can come back to majestic through a different owner.

I’ve stayed many times at the Majestic and this was probably the most outdated unit. It had many issues with things not working or just old but not enough to call and complain about as we didn’t want to have to deal with people in the unit trying to fix things while on our vacation. The balcony saved the day for the lackluster unit overall. The unit has leaky toilets, no remotes for some of the tv’s, old furniture, not great pots and pans, lights that blink, dishwasher did not get anything clean, etc.. nothing major but it needs a lot of upgrades and TLC.

The pros were: the view was magnificent, nice pools, the beach was great!! The patio was great and we spent a lot of time out there laughing and enjoying our family!
The Cons: parking was a pain, the condo definitely needs updating (in the main bathroom the tub had black mold, the toilet ran the whole time, the shower was very hard to get in and out of and the tile/grout was breaking. The living room, furniture was old and dirty, there was a lamp that was broken and we didn’t notice until our Grandson cut his finger. The first night I got into bed (In the primary) there was dirt all over the sheet? Telling me sheets were not changed! I contacted the housekeeping and she said that since it was Mother’s Day they could not get a clean sheet to me until the next morning? (Which I had to call and remind them), I was disappointed that for three bathrooms we were given 3 rolls of TP and one towel, wash cloth for 7 people and two hand towels, we had 9 people! The resorts eating establishments were so expensive! We asked to rent a wheelchair for my elderly Mom and they said they only had one and it was rented? One wheelchair for the whole resort? It was a frustrating stay, we’ve used VRBO and have never experienced anything bad. I will definitely read the reviews better next time.

Overall, the condo and resort were nice. Location was good. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Our view from the balcony was perfect. Having a fitness center was a bonus.The amenities offered were nice even though we didn’t use all of them. For the cons: This place is located across from a pretty popular bar so it can be loud at night sometimes so if you have young ones then bring a sound machine. There were times the elevators weren’t working or running really slow so we took the stairs a couple times which wouldn’t be a big deal but we were on the 8th floor and have a toddler. Also, from the pictures and description of the resort I thought the kiddie fountain was for toddlers but it is in 3ft water and separate from the baby pool area so my 2 year old didn’t get to enjoy that amenity. The parking garage was located across the street so it was a hike from our condo to the car which isn’t great when you are checking in and out even with a cart. It was nice but my family probably wouldn’t stay here again based off the cons listed above.

This unit was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and clean. The property as a whole was wonderful. Only complaint is the bar across the street is super loud and can be heard in the unit until they close. We use box fans in our rooms so it wasn’t as loud. We will definitely be staying here again.

We were thankful to have 4 bedrooms and 3 baths for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids. This condo was convenient to elevators and the trash bin, local stores, and places to eat, pool and beach. The furniture needs updating along with the rug on the balcony. It’s a hazard for tripping and getting hurt. There are repairs that need to be made on various items including one of the queen size beds and kitchen cabinets. The dryer handle was broken when we arrived, but they came to fix it the next day after we notified them, which was nice. One toilet had a problem, but they fixed that as well. The instructions were helpful and the checkin process was easy. The door wouldn’t stay locked, but a simple phone call to the number given resolved that problem. A vacuum in the unit would be helpful to get sand off the floor each day. We did the best we could with the broom available. We enjoyed our time as a family in spite of the few things that needed to be addressed and the other minor problems.

I loved our condo, however the washer wasn't working so we had to call maintenance. They did fix it within 24 hours but it would have been nice not to worry about laundry. Maybe do a walk through or have the cleaning staff communicate with owners that something isn't working properly before renting out. I will say you defiantly have to pack towels since not too many were provided. The parking garage is a little walk. Overall I would stay again! We loved it.

Very Nice
The Place was very nice and the view was gorgeous. Everything was in very good condition except some of the kitchen utensils. Some outlets didn’t work, but overall an amazing stay!

Great family condo!
Negatives: not enough blankets or silverware for a family, no plastic cups for kids , dishwasher didn’t work, no can opener, not very clean (I’d get a new cleaning crew if it was my place), some knobs loose in two bedrooms and bathrooms (pull and they fall off), two masters were HOT, bedrooms didn’t have smart tvs or cable. Movies weren’t showing this week.
Positives: great location, lots to do with the kids, Starbucks, ice cream, bar, restaurant, all on site (prices VERY HIIGH). We came in on a low volume day (Wed) so it was much easier to unload than 4th of July week the last time we stayed at Majestic.
We will definitely stay at the Majestic Tower 1 again!! Once all the above negatives are resolved, we’d get this same place again, too. Rental company was great to work with!!

I was disappointed in the fact that the security guard told me that the restaurant/ bar would be closing at 5 every day during bike week because bikers dont like to spend money.

Perfect room
Some of these reviews have to be written by extremely unhappy or hard to please individuals. Spent a whole week with my family here and have zero complaints. The rooms were spacious as well as the kitchen area. There was a large table for eating or playing cards every night which is what we did. The master bathroom is a luxury. I have zero complaints or recommendations for this unit and would stay again

The pictures give an accurate view of the unit. Its very spacious and the panormac view is awesome. Some of the fastest elevators I've been on and during the week of Thanksgiving there was no waiting. You'll get your steps in with car parked across the street and your at the end of the building but good exercise, the view is worth it. Owner has a front loading washer with stacked dryer thats top of the line, but if previous occupants didn't leave the door of washer open you'll need to get something to run through it. we did and worked fine. There are two charcoal grills at Majestic at the right side of parking lot that are excellent and the lighted grilling area is well maintained. One review complained about slow sink drains, not an issue I fixed that. Our bed was very comfortable and had no complaints from my boys and their wives about theirs, bring my own pillows so no issue there. Kitchen was well stocked with enough cooking utensils, however I always bring my own omelet pan and tongs for grill. If there was one thing, it would be a little more seating in the living area, but then that would infringe on the openness that it has. Table was large for every one to share meals and play games on. Emerald Coast Destinations were very accommodating and communication with them was always friendly. Over all would book again if I were to bring my family down next fall.

Great spot
I read all the reviews before I rented condo for 15 days, some were super petty.... The truth of the matter is that it's a beautiful condo on the 19th floor with a great view. Room had some issues, but we were there for the beach, not a luxury condo. Place was nice, chair had a broken leg that made for a couple laughs, our door knob broke when someone went outside at 3am to smoke.... We didn't hear then until 7am. That was also a funny memory. I called and reported the door and 2 hours later, they came and replaced the knob.
It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our beach was closed all but 2 days of our trip for beach restoration. (I wish they would have told us in advance)
But overall, if you're not satisfied with this unit, you need to chill out. It's a great condo, on a great beach, in a great state.
I will book again next year
