The location was great. Less than 10 minutes by foot to the old town. We arrived in the early evening and self check in worked nicely. We got the instructions on the same day and everything was well explained (in Italian though, but more on that later). The room itself is cozy and comfortable. Ot was very clean. The bathroom could have been great as well. The shower was good, but unfortunately, for some reason, there was always some water on the floor next to the shower (already when we arrived). So we used already one towell to dry the floor. After one shower, the water was back. Mabye a leak or something. There is also a community kitchen that we did not use, but nice to have.

As mentionned above, there was some water leaking in the bathroom on the floor. Moreover, it was a bit annoying that all the communication we received (mails, chat on booking) were only in Italian. I don‘t mind using a translator app, but would be nice if it was in English.

To get to your room you need to open door with codes and not cards like on the pictures on booking. This is a lie. Air conditioning is only setup to a certain point and you can not adjust. Rooms are in the ground floor are are dark. The rooms are not soundproof so you can hear others having sex. No communication with the owner, he doesn't reply to you at all for any issues. The kitchen is a disaster as there is not enough equipment. There was only one glass for wine! So other persons have to dring ot from mugs! No dishwasher. When you have a car - it is difficult to find a spot as there is no dedicated parking spot for this apartment. I don't recommend it.

The room was clean. And nice. The distance to city centre was good too.

Communication with host was not possible. We tried to reach him via whats upp and no response. Mails only automatic and only in italian. Could be also in english. Would be better. I dont recommend this accomodation for couple. Dont really feel.that the price is appropriate for this.

The instructions to enter the property were not clear and the air conditioning in my room was not working so I could not reduce the temperature from 27 degrees. I called the owner at least 10 times and emailed the owner but received no response.

In the message we received the code for the door was wrong, also the number to reach the host. The bathroom floor was full of somebody else's hair. The AC was right in front of the window - it was running all night. Room was poorly soundproofed (you could hear the others come and go, have sex, etc.).

Nice big room, with a terrace and a clean bathroom. The facilities were nice, the location in easy walking distance of the city center. There are 3 rooms I believe, but you have your privacy. The kitchen is well equiped and there's a kitchen area where you can serve your meal.

One weird thing, that happened only once during our stay, might be a totally isolated event. Someone in the upstairs apartment started running through the house around midnight and did so at intervals until the next morning. I have no explanation for that, but you could hear and feel the running, which ruined at least my sleep.

The Best apartment in our stay in Sardinia. Very clean, big And new rooms , We all loved it. Walking distance from city center. Easy to communicate with the owner, who is really helpful.
