Hotel is very centrally located. Hotel room and bathroom was extremely clean. Bed vas so comfy. We felt like at home. Staff was extremely kind and friendly. Me and my boyfriend was on a road trip from Germany to Greece and it was our 7th day. We even took feeling at home one step further and washed our dirty clothes :) I was hesitant to ask if we can use the laundry room. But hotel staff was so kind to let us use the washing machine. I am grateful for everything🙏🏻

The room was half the size from what was paid for. A doubble bed with 1 m on each side to wall is not 25m2 more like 12m2. The shower wall is missplaced so the floor was all wet. The electricity in the bathroom was hanging loose from wall, so dangerous

There are NO tea coffee machine in room, There is NO restaurant. It is at best a 2 star , not anyway near a 4 star. What did make a difference was the breakfast, it was superb so we're the breakfast staff

This was without a doubt the worst hotel we booked in Greece. It is misrepresented in many ways. Not only did our room have flies and human hair scattered around but many of the features were not provided. There was no one available to open the front door when we arrived to check-in at 5 pm so stood on the sidewalk with all our baggage trying to call a phone number that didn't work. The listing says there's a restaurant. bar, a spa , a snack bar, a kid-friendly buffet lounge etc. None of this is available. There is actually no-one on site - you just get a lock-box and fend for yourself. If you need anything forget it as the owner is in Athens. We didn't even stay in our room - it was that bad. Far from being sanitized it smelled like sewage.

Our room smelled like sewage, it was unsanitary with flies and hair on the bed and in the bathroom. It was NOT as described in the listing on Booking.com It seemed very unsafe as the front door was old and rickety and there is no staff onsite whatsoever. So you're on your own. We left as soon as we arrived and stayed in a different hotel. I requested our money back. No answer from the hotel.

Privacy, garden, room, location is exelent. Close to the beach and promenade. You can find everything in few steps from hotel.

The breakfasr was very good. The staff is very frendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable!!!

This hotel is in the old Customs House building near the sea front. The rooms have lovely high ceilings. The bed was exceptionally large and comfortable. Breakfast was served in the courtyard and was very good with fried eggs available as well as the usual bread, cake, yoghurt and honey. We were once served delicious warm pancakes

The safe in the room didn't have instructions and didn't appear to work, and the fridge wasn't on. I couldn't see how to turn it on. There were a few mosquitoes but I think they're everywhere in Kalamata at the moment and we were provided with an electric mosquito repellent. There is no reception available after 7 pm.

Small traditional hotel in a quiet location near the waterfront. Basic, comfortable room with fridge and water plus WiFi. Really excellent breakfast served in a little courtyard garden. Friendly and helpful staff.

Well, the hotel was advertised as a 4 star, I think that is a big exaggeration. On your website, they say they have a bar and a restaurant. Not correct. They serve a small selection of drinks, but there is no bar as such. There is also not a proper restaurant. Nice terrace but some very hard benches to sit on. Bedroom could do with more seating, and an explanation on how to open and close the shutters!! The bathroom could do with some more shelving especially in the shower. NO shelf at all to put shampoo etc, not the best if you have problem bending down!!

Cosy and staff extremely friendly and helpful. Jo could not have been more informative and helpful, booking taxis and restaurants. Within easy walking distance to port and restaurants. Very clean.
