The minute we came in, we knew, we had made the right choice. Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed very comfortable and the window equipped with a mosquito net. The whole house is very tastefully decorated, airy and welcoming. We enjoyed our healthy breakfast with lots of italian goodies, as well as fruit and joghurt, chatting to our charming and more than helpful hostess. The ideal place to start the day and to relax after a buissy day in Ravenna, which is in easy walking distance.

The room was clean and nice, the hole apartment and the atmosphere was relaxing and the garden was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again, if we come back to Ravenna. Special mention to the most amazing hosts and breakfast in the garden!

Fabrizia is a very welcoming, smiling hostess. The breakfast in the garden was top class with small delicate touches: the nice glasses, the table cloth, homemade jam and cakes, . . . The whole decor in the house and garden was tasteful and relaxing. A very enjoyable stay.thank you Fabrizia.

Quiet suburban spot just a few minutes walk from historic parts of town. Beautiful house, and a wonderful home made breakfast. Would definitely visit again.

An extremely friendly and helpful host - Fabrizia, everyday prepares a delicious breakfast. She serves home-baked goods and excellent coffee. It was not a problem for her to prepare a gluten-free option and it was delicious, baked by her. A lovely place to stay, just a short walk from the city center. Fabrizia recommended us a bunch of nice restaurants to have a dinner, we especially liked Trattoria al Cerchio - family owned, true Italian food (DELICIOUS)

There is nothing to improve, the house, the host and the breakfast are all perfect. Just a simple note to those choosing a place to stay: this is not a classic hotel. You will be staying at Fabrizia's house, part of which serves as B&B, which might not be for everyone. However thanks to that, you will have a very friendly atmosphere, there will always be someone for you to help, and the breakfast and atmosphere are unique and very lovely. I recommend it.
