The was a great home for our extended family getaway. It was very spacious and allowed everyone to spread out. The basement is great for teens. Having multiple refrigerators and two sets of washers and dryers was helpful. The outdoor pool being right next door was very convenient but it was often crowded. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean. Communication was easy. Good location especially to Steamy Joes Cafe for coffee and tea in the morning!

We very much enjoyed our stay in the home. It is comfortable, and well located. We had 21 people, (7 were children, age 8 months-11 years) 14 adults.

This house was great, bigger than what the pictures show! Right next to the outdoor pool and playground - easy to get to and from grocery store and surrounding activities. Overall we were happy with the property!

Very clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, games to play, beautiful view, close to fun things to do in town, Everything we needed in the home for a PERFECT stay. We all agreed that we could happily stay here again!!! Thank you for helping make our mini vacation as a church family so perfect.

The house was great; I loved that it was accessible, even though my son in a wheelchair didn't come with us this time.
It was clean and well-maintained. The sound barriers are better in this house than others we've stayed in, in the area.
The views of the lake were fantastic, and it also had a well-stocked kitchen for cooking for a large group. Thank you.

The hosts were very friendly and informative, and the house was just as described. The perfect place for our large group to stay! The beds were comfy, the kitchen stocked with dishes and cooking tools, and there were plenty of things to keep everyone entertained! Beautiful view from the deck as well!

This property was lovely and perfect for our large (30+) family. The home was roomy enough to accomodate our group. The bedrooms were very spacious, the amenities great (we loved being next to the pool). We had a rainy 1/2 day and made the most of it by scheduling our Family Olympics with the pool table, shuffleboard, and Cornhole boards. The overall location was very convenient to the State Park Marina, the State Park itself and quick backroads access to "the strip" for groceries, gas, etc. The main issue we had was that the floors were very dirty - like the little one's feet were black after running around the house. But overall, I would definitely recommend for a large group.

We have stayed in Chateau Cove before and loved our experience and this visit was no short of amazing. Our house was perfect size for our family needs and is close to all different attractions. Our property manager,Debbie, was literally the best when it came to questions or concerns. She was quick to answer and was so welcoming. We also received complimentary cookies that was such a sweet and delicious surprise! We will forever come back to these homes for our family vacation. No need to go anywhere else!

The house was perfect for out extended family reunion. So many places to hang out and reconnect! The kids really enjoyed the game area and access to the swimming pool. There was ample parking and plenty of kitchenware for our family cooking contest! There were a couple items that needed a bit of TLC, but theses did not cause any big concerns for us! When you have so many families using a home it needs things repaired over time. We have stayed in many other homes as we try to have family reunions every few years and this home was by far our favorite and the best layout, the best supplied, the cleanest and the best cared for.

My husband, our kids, grandkids and great great grandkids had a wonderful time together. The house was perfect for our multi-generation family. Everything was just as promised. The on-site property manager took care of any issue, including cookies and a birthday cake for my party.

How was beautiful and perfectly located next to the playground and pool! Listing was 100% accurate and accommodated my entire family comfortably. I will definitely be keeping this place in mind the next time my family gets together in Branson.

This property had everything you would want for a family reunion trip. Lots of places to sit, indoor and outdoor gathering areas, and plenty of entertainment options. Everyone was happy who stayed. Would definitely book again!

We originally had 21 guests. We ended up with only 11. Everyone loved the house. It was exactly as described and pictured. We will stay again. The house that you get for this price is hands down amazing.

My siblings and I each brought our families for a getaway. We wanted to be able to all be in one area and create memories. The last time we were all together was for our mothers funeral. This house is absolutely amazing and was just the size we needed to accommodate all of us. It was important to me that everyone was comfortable and had their own bed, the size of this home made that a breeze. The kids loved the game area and the bunk rooms. The two kitchens were a plus when it came to preparing different meals. Everything about this property was just great. We took the kids out while there but if we had wanted to stay in we could have because entertainment was provided in the game room. We don’t see each other as a whole very much but this house is definitely going to change that.We had a small issue about not having a remote the property manager was there immediately and fixed it, and she was such a sweetheart. We loved it. I can’t wait to book here again!

Perfect house for our group, plenty of space and kids loved having the playground next door. This house is large, well equipped, clean and lots of bedrooms and baths to pick from. Would definitely stay here again our next time in Branson!

We had a wonderful time in Branson and loved the house! There are bedrooms on all three floors and almost every room has a private bathroom. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The house was very clean! We stayed between Christmas & New Years and the house had a Christmas tree and so many cute holiday decorations. It really made us feel like we were at home. There were delicious Christmas cookies when we arrived. What a nice touch! Just a beautiful home, perfect for our family gathering :) Highly recommend to anyone staying in Branson!

After we rented the property we had a few questions - they got back to us immediately. Our first night there ( Thanksgiving Eve) very late we realized we had an issue with a TV. We called Debbie & she dropped everything went to the store & came over to help us!!
When we got home - we live 4 hours away- after unpacking I couldn’t find some very important medications - I had looked in all the bags - I called her - she was going to go over & look for them. After we got off the phone my daughter-in-law asked if I had looked in the backpack. I was SO glad to find the meds!!! I appreciated Debbie so much for her willingness to help us. She was so sweet & caring every time I spoke to her. The pool was close by- the decks are furnished with everything you need. Lots of great countertops- the seating was great- it was nice to have 2 kitchens- we always used both when making every meal. The game room & deck with the ping pong table was used day & night. It is a beautiful home.

We recently stayed here for my mom’s 70th birthday weekend. There were four generations for the weekend (18 people). There was plenty of room and it was more beautiful and peaceful than we could have imagined!! Perfection!

The home was immaculate, well stocked, and very comfortable. It accommodated our group of 27 adults and kids very well. The kids loved the video game system and there was plenty of space for the kids to play and the playground and pool are right next to the house! Comfy beds! Will definitely stay here again if we have a large group!

This is our second time back to this property. We came back because of the wonderful home, great location and overall just great experience. The space is ideal for big groups. We love being right by the pool for convenience and fun. The pool got a new water slide that everyone enjoyed, even the adults. Our kids love the bunk room and the video games downstairs. We love the back deck with pretty views and the kitchen setup for big groups.

Overall pretty good experience. 4 night minimum stay too much for us. Debbie helpful our last day. Still awaiting the report on pests she said she would get to me. Beautiful home!

Great place for many to gather for meals in the dining and living area, to chat on the upper deck, and to play games on the lower level and patio. Accommodated all ages and allowed for “alone time” in spacious bedrooms, almost all of which had their own bathrooms. Other pros: each level had its own thermostat, kitchen was well-supplied including two dishwashers and refrigerators (although some appliances malfunctioned), and maintenance personnel were quick to fix or investigate problems with drain and refrigerator. Great place to stay!
