Ci sono tre camere da letto situate nella casa principale e un cottage con una camera da letto sul ponte posteriore a bordo piscina. Appena entrati nel corridoio principale, ci sono due camere da letto per gli ospiti della regina immediatamente a sinistra e a destra. Ognuno di essi ha TV, deposito per l'abbigliamento e la possibilità di utilizzare la sala o i bagni posteriori. La camera da letto principale è dotata di un letto king size, schermo piatto, armadio e ha una porta interna che conduce ad un bagno completo. Troverai una vasca con piedini in ghisa con doccia a pioggia e un lavandino con piedistallo vintage. Il bagno sul retro della camera familiare ha una doccia piastrellata con porta a vetri e un lavandino su piedistallo. C'è una stanza di polvere fuori dalla cucina che ospita la lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ha una porta sul ponte posteriore che può raddoppiare per uso cottage. I absolutely loved this property. It was beautiful and impeccably decorated in true Key West fashion. The house is full of beautiful antiques and nautical art. The management team was very communicative and accommodating. The pool was amazing for a midday break because it was so deep and the perfect temperature. This house was definitely a splurge for us but we made up for it by cooking at home. The kitchen and the house had everything we needed and a working grill so we were able to have amazing meals at home. I absolutely love this property I would definitely stay here again.

The home is beautiful and clean. It is locatedin a quite area with a lovely swimming pool in the back. The home is well equipped with anything you may need such as hair dryers, ironing board and iron. Restaurants are close by as well as a grocery and liquor store within walking distance. We were lucky to be able to check in at 12:00 instead of waiting until 4:00. I would consider renting this property in the future.

The rental management company ruined our stay and it’s just standard practice. During our stay, the separate cottage bedroom was not usable because it was infested with huge ants. Literally, ANTS WERE EVERYWHERE. The cottage accounts for a separate bedroom by the pool, connected to the outdoor shower. They knew about ants before we arrived but waited until we got there so we could let the exterminator in with the key. So they finally spray toxic chemicals all over the bedroom and tell us we shouldn’t go in for 48 hours. So…we don’t have enough bedrooms. Dead ants covered the bedroom. Next, you’ll be interrupted by the pool cleaners who demand you leave the pool area for 2 hours, followed by the landscapers who came AFTER the pool was cleaned and spent 3 hours cutting, mowing, trimming bushes, and then blowing all the debris (back into the pool) I contacted management who was “out for the day” and she never called me back. I complained about not getting a call back and this woman actually created a fake screen shot of her fake attempt at trying to call me….or someone programmed in her phone as “tenant blah blah blah” she claimed she tried to call back and the call was “cancelled” so she is just dumb. She called a number, pressed cancel, and then took a screen shot and this was her proof of trying to contact me. I own property and would fire my team if they acted this way. Don’t rent from this company.

We had 3 adults varying ages celebrating a 30th birthday. The house couldn't have been more perfect. Charm alongside the perfect layout for personal space as well as areas to be together at the pool family room or dining room.
The pool amazing. House immaculate with all amenities needed.
Bikes to rent are just a couple blocks away (walking) we had no issue parking for one car. Easy bike ride or nice walk to Duvall.
And our host Melanie was a star! Quick to respond but really everything was laid out clearly from start to finish, there wasn't much to ask other than what kind of coffee maker was available (both drip and keurig btw which was great)
We would love to stay at this property again. Easy. Beautiful. Thanks Melanie!

I will start by saying that while we had a nice stay and appreciated the historic detail of the home and the great pool area, we would not choose this home again. Our group of 7 felt it was very overpriced compared to other options and past stays in Key West. The pros of this house are that it has great historic detail, is nicely decorated, has a lovely pool, and comfortable beds. But there were a bunch of functional issues. We are a group that cooks and had to go out to buy things like a second cutting board and a knife that worked.There were also a lot of little things that did not work in the house, and little things that most places at this expensive of a price include were not. Also, the 4th bedroom is literally just a bed and sink.The highlight of the house is definitely the pool, which was very clean and kept pleasantly warm and had lots of deck furniture. It made our stay. The property manager was very helpful and responsive and with a little maintenance and added amenities, those could be improved, but generally we did not feel this house was worth the price and fees.

Overall the location and pool was great. We had an amazing time with our group of friends. The house itself could use some tlc. Windows in the kitchen barely open, blinds are broken in multiple rooms. The attention to detail cleaning is not the greatest. The mirrors trim is stained yellow in some spots with other stains, flooring is popped up in multiple places, Receptacles are cracked, the back door wouldn’t properly latch. Nothing disgusting, just could use some tlc.

Our stay at the Captain’s Quarters was a perfect setting for a birthday trip! The house is uniquely decorated, and the wood paneling keeps the house cool during the sticky days. All the amenities were spot on, and the pool was a perfect spot to sit and enjoy the day. What made our stay perfect was the quick response from Melaine. Her response time was short, and she offered to go above and beyond for each of our asks! We would not only recommend staying with our family and friends but will be returning!!

Had another amazing time at The Captains Quarters. Melanie, the property manager, was super friendly and efficient. Everything with described in this home is spot on. The location is perfect. Close enough to walk to everything yet just the right distance from the noise and bustle on Duvall Street.. The pool is awesome and relaxing. We felt right at home. We will be back again next year!!

Very nice house with pool in Key West. 3 in-house bedrooms with 2.5 baths. The 4th bedroom is a pool-house with sink. Very cozy and clean overall. Would recommend to others.

Parking wasn't a huge problem. It is a 20-30 min walk to Duval Street activities, so if you aren't renting a bike or golf cart, an Uber would be recommended on the steamy nights after the bars.

Great house in great location. Everyone really enjoyed it. The pool and BBQ made outside living really nice. There is a cool market right around the corner so that made it nice. It looks like 8 people could sleep here comfortably, we only had 4. It is about a 15 minute walk to Duval St. but very doable.

Our big family of 12 had such a blast. The home is cute, clean and spacious. It’s located in the heart of old town and about a 15min walk to duval st and the southernmost point attraction. The parking was a bit of a challenge as there is only street parking available so it is first come first serve. We brought multiple vehicles so we had to pay to keep one in a parking garage which was a little expensive, but for us the home was totally worth it. The pool was well kept and heated. The property managers were very friendly and quick to responded to my questions. I would definitely stay at this home again.

Our pools heat went out at the end of our stay, but Wendy was on it to get people there to get it fixed.
