Perfect locaton, and propery. Although no pool, the beach is a 3min walk away! Have already reccomend it to other friends who know Ft Pierce well!

Love staying here this is always my go to. Always clean and they always check to make sure everything is ok. Everything is here that you may need to beach chairs towels and a cooler.

The two of us thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and restaurants. We saw family but were able to escape back to our own space in the evenings.
The house was immaculate and super comfortable. The host was great and accessible. He gave us everything we needed for our stay.

Property was in great location to beach and restaurants. The actual home was clean, well stocked and Larry (property manager) was so considerate to let us know what was happening in the area - got to see a SPACE LAUNCH! The best accommodation we have stayed in EVER

The property was just as described. Being only 4 minutes walking to the beach was awesome. Watching fire works on New Years Eve was so much fun. We will definitely be back when we visit my mom.

It is a cute place, very warm and friendly host, and the location is awesome if you like beach. The house is a bit old, but it is worth the money. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. We and our dog had a good time. Only thing I wanted to add is that - the balcony was not very safe to use, the rails are loose and it can be unsafe especially for the kids and pets. I hope they fix it soon. Altogether it is a great place!

Property was very clean and recently renovated. Great location with beach access across the street and pet friendly. Kitchen was well stocked with more than you could possibly need and there were plenty of beach accessories available to use.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. The place was as described and had everything we needed. We really liked how close it was to the beach and the provided beach gear(cart, towels, cooler and chairs). There were also nice parks close by to walk our dog. We would stay here again if back in the area.

This cozy condo was perfect for our visit to Hutchison island. We usually stay with friends but decided to get our own place and so glad we did. I have two teenage boys (one with a physical disability). They loved the easy and quick walk to the beach access just across the street. They fished every day and even caught a shark!!
The condo is totally updated and so cute. It is one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed in. It seriously has everything you need. The owners were very attentive and helpful we didn’t have any issues. It was a great stay and we would love to come back again!

A great, quiet neighborhood in walking distance to the beach. Loved that you could hear the waves from the property, and the outdoor sitting area was much appreciated. All the appliances were great and the whole place was clean and cozy. With a convenience store and several restaurants on the island, this is the perfect place for a beach vacation. I definitely plan to return!

Loved our stay. Townhouse was clean and well updated with beautiful decor. I enjoyed watching the sunrise on the ocean every morning from my bedroom window. Great location to all the cool beach restaurants and bars. Larry was on top of everything. Had everything we needed for the beach and more. Looking forward to coming back. 👍👍🤗

This was the first time I booked a private owner on Hutchinson Island. The property was wonderful and the host was professional, continued to check in to ensure we were satisfied with the unit. We did not have any issues with the property. I definitely would recommend this unit to others. Great neighborhood., quiet and peaceful.

The owners were very accommodating. The unit is lovely. They thought of everything you would need to stay..just bring your clothes and food. So close to beaches and restaurants. They provided lists of restaurants and things to do. Can't wait to go back!

This duplex has been recently updated and was very clean. The unit is in a great location for walking to the beach, jetty, and nearby restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent and he was very welcoming and accommodating.

This is a wonderful spot! A short walk to an amazing ocean beach, a short drive to several more amazing ocean beaches. Lovely outdoor furniture under a sail cloth in the shade. The house was beautifully appointed. Our host Larry was incredibly responsive and shared many ideas for things to do. No hesitation to highly recommend this to others.

This place was all and more than we expected. Roomy, comfortable and very clean and updated. There was not one thing the hosts did not think of and they checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. The area had plenty to see and do and restaurants galore including outdoor dining. This is just what we were looking for.

This is a great spot for a quick get away or even a longer stay. Unit was clean and fresh - very up to date,. Not a bug in sight....rare in Florida! Kitchen was very well equipped. Host was great at keeping in touch and providing lots of info on the area. Unit just a very short walk to South Beach Park. No beach views here, but you can hear the waves. I highly recommend this spot! We love the Ft. Pierce area, so we'll be keeping it in mind for our next visit to Hutchinson Island!

We stayed in this home over Thanksgiving while visiting family in the area. The duplex was very clean, nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. With the recent renovations, everything seemed new and modern. We enjoyed being able to walk directly across the street to the ocean. Although it isn't really "ocean view", we could hear the ocean inside the home. Our family definitely enjoyed our time at the home and we would recommend it to others!

Great experience. Property Manager was very attentive, gave good instructions and information about the Fort Pierce area.
The townhouse was excellent, very clean, many amenities. We only had to buy food. Furniture, decor and beds were very nice. We really felt at home. The beach right across the street was beautiful. We had a wonderful time and created many great family memories. We would definitely pick this place again.

Owners very conscientious. They checked in with us several times and gave us information about the area. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Great place to walk to restaurants, go for a walk, walk to beach…nice outdoor area to sit and relax. Great place to walk my dog. Kitchen fully stocked to meet any of your cooking needs. Nice, quiet little neighborhood across the street from beach!
