Property was just as advertised. We had a great stay. Would have given 5 stars overall, but we had an issue with the satellite TV upon arrival. Nick came right over and fixed it. But then there was a fuse out on the microwave. Nick said he would come back to fix it. But he never came back. Luckily we really did not need to use it. But would have assumed everything would have been checked before we got there. Otherwise the property was well worth the money.

The home was just as it was advertised and located in a nice neighborhood. It was a perfect layout for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Nick was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay at this home if you are in the area. We will definitely stay again when we get back to Texas

It was exactly what was posted and perfect for our family.

My daughter loved the trampoline. The house was spacious and well laid out. We had 12 people staying for a wedding and it was lovely.

I’ve rented a lot of house but this has been by far the best house! It was so spacious! From the youngest 1 to the oldest 62 everyone loved it. This house was well kept and had everything you needed. Plenty of towels and basic essentials! Neighborhood was very safe and neighbors were nice! We will make this our go to house when visiting Austin!

Perfect home and neighborhood for our family of six!

Their were dog hairs in house,and oder. Trash left under sink. Drawers had condiments left by others,plus food left in refrig. The house is nice,but not maintained well.

The home was perfect for our family get together. Plenty of room, nice layout and home in great condition. Its in a nice neighborhood with community pool and lake park. Only negative, no hand towels in kitchen and bath, but plenty of paper towels. No dish soap, bath soap, or shampoo. Owner helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay there. 5 stars

We all loved this home away from home. The location is close to everything and easy to get to Waterparks in the area (we skipped Typhoon Texas and opted for the Rockin River in Round Rock, its less expensive and still a fabulous waterpark) also very close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The community pool was also our hotspot hangout. The house is so much bigger on the inside. We had 9 of us, 4 adults and 5 kids (from 2-55) and other family came during the day to visit us while we all were in town. Plenty of room to spread out. Comfy furniture. The backyard is another great space to hang out under the Pavillion. Nick responds quickly to answer questions and address any issues. I always look for Premier properties, you have a much better stay! Worth every penny! And we definitely will look to stay here again when in Austin.

We really enjoyed our stay in Austin. It truly was a home away from home. After a day of sightseeing it was wonderful to relax and enjoy being together. We enjoyed the community pool, early morning walks around the lake. When I return to Austin to visit my son I will try to book this property. Lillie

Great, with lots of space

Place was very nice. It definitely met our expectations.

The rooms were arranged nicely. Lots of options for sleeping. Close to the wedding in Hutto. Could have had better cooking utensils & kitchen/bathroom towels and cloths. Supplies for dish washer and washing machine were greatly appreciated. We are a family of 5 & needed to wash towels several times during stay. Living space was good for visiting.

We can’t stress enough how much we loved the house!!! It was so warm, comfortable and spacious. It was well-stocked for our every day needs for the whole 5 days. The location was wonderful - right by Lake Pflugerville. We all wanted to extend our stay! Our only regret was not spending more time playing on the beach and in the water but we were there to visit our son. Next time🤞😊

We had two families (4 adults and 7 kids) and were extremely pleased with the house and our stay. The house was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. It was also very spacious with a nice back yard patio and trampoline and short walk to lake trail. Check in and out were easiest I’ve ever experienced and communication with manager was quick and painless.

This is our second vacation staying in this home. Nick is very responsive to questions and we will be staying here again if we return to the Austin area. We enjoyed the addition of the fire pit but one piece of advice I would give to people choosing to enjoy the fire pit after 9:00 pm to contact Nick about the sprinklers so you don’t get wet.

Fun, Family wedding weekend - This property was perfect for our needs. It was clean and inviting and gave us room to visit with each other. Nick was quick to respond to texts and very helpful.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The house was just as pictured. Super clean and inviting. We loved that everything was there and we didn’t need to bring much. We also used the crib for our baby and it was so convenient not having to bring one. Grocery store and restaurants were super close. Loved it and would totally come back.

Perfect! We were able to spread out and be quite comfortable. Prepped a couple meals there, close to the lake and splash pad for a fun evenings with the young kids, close to Austin for day time fun! Lovely home. 10/10!

It had enough room for my family. The kids love the trampoline, close to everything we wanted to see. It was nice to walk around the lake as well.

The property was nice and as pictured in general However, the 2 ( two) car garage was full of furniture on one side so we were not able to park both vehicles inside the garage although this was an advertised option. The backyard was as pictured also, but both grills were not able to be used because the were in poor condition. In need of a deep cleaning and the smaller grill wasn't stable enough to grill on it. It was likely to topple over. Also the master bedroom comforter was a duvet that did not work well. Overall, the property sufficed but there are some minor touches that would make it more suitable. And from a cleanliness perspective, I've stayed in cleaner condos and home rentals. Madalyn

We arrived at the house and the pictures online did not do it justice, beautiful! It was clean, smelled great, and very spacious! There were 10 of us total staying and everything exceeded our expectations. Kids enjoyed the trampoline in the backyard and the community pool with playground was wonderful! Neighborhood is very nice and quiet. Older kids enjoyed the lake. Great location to all the essentials and fun including Typhoon Texas and Outlet Mall. Had a fantastic stay! Would highly recommend!

This property was exactly as listed. Nick was so easy to work with and always responded quickly. We had 4 adults and 2 children and more family that visited (5 adults) and never felt crowded. Grocery stores and for those needed and forgotten items, Walmart was minutes away. Easy access to Austin where we took the Austin Duck tour and loved it. Also a quick day trip to San Marcos. We would stay again.
