We had a wonderful time. The property was clean and perfect for our 2 families. Sue was very helpful in getting me in contact with the chair/umbrella service to get those reserved. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the condo.

Great location for 4 adults to stay that need their own space.

This is an awesome way to spend weekend at beach with family. The unit was clean and close to good restaurants and easy access to the beach. The owner was quick and responsive throughout the stay and check-in process.

Great place for a beachfront getaway! Close to everything you need like restaurants, shopping, and night life. Fun decor. Sue was very quick to respond and answer any questions, she was also awesome to give us a later check out to accommodate our flight. We went down during Spring Break which wasn’t that bad however we had no notification that the beach, pools, and hot tubs all close at 10:00 pm. 3 other things to know: 1st There is only one working elevator, which still didn’t work a few times, so we had to use the stairs from the 17th floor. The non-working elevator has been 2 years in repairs. 2nd thing was there was a large garbage dumpster in front of the parking stall, which made it difficult to park. 3rd thing to know Is if you are planing on staying a week or longer with the max of 8 people, you will most likely need to purchase additional toiletries, paper towels and garbage bags. Other then that, is was a great vacation! We had a ton of fun and all got sunburned 😂

It's always scary to book something online and pray it pans out. This place did, for sure. Gorgeous and the location was amazing. We could've done without the wake-up calls 3 days in a row (pa system being used at 8 a.m. to alert to painting of building) but that's not on the owner. The updates in this condo were amazing and we felt very comfortable. Great place!

The condo was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. The space and views were beautiful! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Communication with Susan was very easy. I was surprised a month before our stay when she added an additional fee. I wasn't aware owners are able to increase the price at any time. We did have a few other issues. The pool area was closed for most of our stay. This wouldn't be a problem since we weren't there to use the pool but going through the pool is the only direct access to the beach so we had to walk out to the street to the public beach entrance. This was especially frustrating since there was no hose or shower accessible to rinse the sand off from the beach. Also, four mornings during our stay a building announcement blared from a speaker in the condo at exactly 8am very rude since people are on vacation and trying to sleep in and rest. Only one parking space on property and don't count on finding another one in the very small lot across the street, just plan to pay to park if you bring more than one vehicle. Overall we had a very nice vacation, just a few things to be aware of when booking.

This condo provided excellent views of PCB, and direct access to the beach. It was spacious enough for 4 adults and two kids without feeling cramped, or having to share bathrooms. It is also located close to a lot of activites that PCB has to offer.

Located on a lighter populated beach which is great. Balcony is a massive. Sunsets from the balcony were stunning!! Would stay again. Very spacious feeling condo compared to some I've stayed in. High ceiling were extremely appreciated with our tall humans. It is very quiet since there are only 64 units in this entire complex & this one is on the west end which is why the sunsets are so spectacular. Kitchen has what is needed. You'll need to buy all condiments, paper towels, etc. They do give you 2 pods for the clothes washer. There was ample toilet paper & they supplied lots of nice towels. Bring your own beach towels. Bathrooms are beautiful. The wait for the elevators are not as bad as some of the building reviews indicate. I think the waits were completely reasonable. Pool area was clean. Easy walk to the beach. Loved the rental chairs right outside the unit at the beach. Water is perfect depth here. No drastic drop offs. Sand is like baby powder. Great breakfast resturants right across the street & a place for ice across the street too. Parking is very tight but this units parking spot is outside so felt easier to maneuver. Might want a sunshade if renting in hotter months. We didn't find any great resturants. Pineapple Willy's was not our cup of tea but Barefoot On The Beach was. Both are easy walks from the beach/condo. Not many games so may need to bring a couple. We left the game Sorry (because someone had taken pieces out of theirs. Booo.) & a puzzle. :-) Please pick up your trash at the beach & don't bring sand into these beautiful places. The sand turns to concrete in drain pipes. There are plenty of wash stations on this property.

The property owner was excellent to deal with. The rental was very nice. Easy to walk to anything needed.

Stayed here for four nights while attending the Seabreeze Jazz Festival. Great layout in the condo, two king size bedrooms on the beach side, each with sliding doors opening onto the balcony. The balcony garnered rave reviews from everyone and when we were at the condo, we spent the majority of our time there. Highly recommend.

The property provided enough space for all guests to sleep comfortably. The location was very convenient for relaxation and fun. The property owner’s communication was great! Easy check in and out!

2 families (7 people in total) had plenty of room to share and go separate ways (4 bedrooms each with their own bathroom - 2 were masters with ocean view) - condo was very updated and clean -the balcony was spacious with great views - the owner Sue was very helpful before during and after trip - close to pier park but far enough away from crowds - would definitely recommend and will be back!!

Great condo just some contractors taking up parking, that’s very hard to park if you have a large vehicle

Unit was absolutely beautiful and spacious! Our family of 8 never felt tight, sadly it was too windy for us to really enjoy the balcony but it’s huge and well equipped for outdoor dining. Location was great, very close to all popular sites. Can’t wait to visit again!

I would not recommend this property to anyone unless you wanted to be constantly harassed by Susan. Susan was very helpful and nice all the way up until my family and I arrived and got settled and got some groceries from the Walmart located right down there street and ordered pizza for the night. She constantly called me a liar, and constantly harassed me for no apparent reason. I went to have dinner with my friends and left my older kids (ages range from 20-23) in the unit while I went to eat and Susan ruined the night because of her constant harassment that I wasn’t in the unit. I tried explaining to her that I was just out to dinner with some friends and that my kids were all older and would not do anything that would ruin our trip or negatively affect the condo. Although the view from the condo was very nice, I would not stay at this place unless you want to be constantly harassed during your stay.

Condo was super nice. Parking was awful. Horrible horrible parking situation. Elevators kept breaking.

We had 4 adults and 4 children and the accommodations were on point and perfect T for us all to have our own space . Kitchen was equipped and balcony view absolutely amazing ! All shops and restaurants were within a mile to walk to and the beach was just a short walk away . Sue was great to communicate with to ensure everything was taken care of . Spectacular weekend and will def be back to their rental !

My experience... in the first 10 minutes of our arrival we got evicted, harassed, and had the police show up. Our host was convinced that I broke the contract and I tried to reassure her that we didn't breach the contract and she wasn't having it. I've never felt so humiliated and racially profiled by someone in my life. It felt degrading, even after she was proven wrong even after the police searched our rooms and went thru our stuff and after the constant harassment by the maintenance workers proven them wrong having them come in, fnvading our privacy.We had to cancel our dinner plans that we had for my wife, which we had scheduled for her birthday because we had to wait for anyone else to come see that we weren't lying about how many people we had in the condo. Her disregard for our well being or where we would stay not knowing where we would sleep that night, where my pregnant wife would lay her head It was humiliating. I was upset and I was respectful and I was honest but I felt like it didn't matter, it felt like I was being judged not by my honesty but by the color of my skin. All we wanted was a relaxing weekend, to get away from all the stresses that our jobs brings us, with our kids and our day to day; all we wanted was a nice relaxing gateway and we couldn't get that. We were on edge for the entire weekend, we didn't want to move a chair or use a towel for the fear of being charged extra or not putting back the chairs exactly in the same place they were in.Constantly being on edge, I believe her friend or her husband was kind enough to apologize and pay for breakfast and I did my best to let it go and get over it, because it was my wife's birthday and well I wanted to make the best of it because we weren't going to travel for a while, on our last day the number code was changed before our scheduled time to leave, so I was locked out. I needed to share my experience, how I was treated, how I felt. My wife and I made the best of it, and the place was amazing. Breath taking view, beautiful rooms.. but I couldn't enjoyed it like we would loved. I loved the place and I would have loved to book it with my kids, because I know they would have loved it but I wouldn't want them to have a similar experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short time here, the place was great, beautiful views, definitely want to go back...👍🏽👍🏽

Balcony was wonderful

Beautiful condo with a breathtaking view of the beach! Very spacious and roomy, great for families! The location is ideal with walmart just down the street and all attractions within a couple of miles.

This condo is exactly as described, clean, and well taken care of. There was plenty of room for our party of 8 and the bed/bath layout worked wonderfully for all guests. We were notified a few days before our Sat arrival that there was building maintenance occurring on Tues/Wed & one of the parking spots would not be available on those days. What we weren't prepared for was the other parking spot to have a dumpster in it all week, leaving us only one spot and no reserved parking for several days. This proved to be extremely challenging for check-in and throughout the week with small children having to cross a busy road to get to the overflow, hauling groceries, swim gear, etc. The owner was responsive and did reimburse us for the expenses we incurred in the public lot across the street, but did not offer accomidations or reimbursement beyond that. We went during peak travel in late-July and waited nearly an hour for an elevator upon arrival, so be prepared for a lengthy first day & mayhem in the parking lot/garage if you're not able to get early check-in. (The owner did allow us early check-in to try to help with this, but traffic caused a delay in our arrival.) We did not have issues with the elevators after the first day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, just wish the parking would not have been such a hassle.

This was our first trip to Panama City and we were very happy with our stay. This condo looked exactly like the pics in the listing. The balcony is huge and where we spent every morning and every night when we got in. The only issue was with the elevators. During check-in and check-out, we literally waited 30 minutes to get in an elevator. Overall, this was a great place to stay.

I like to give honest reviews for future guests. The parking is very tight ( so don't bring a large vehicle) The elevators need attention. Condo is on 17th floor. There are only 2 & one was broke down when we arrived. We stayed on a very busy holiday weekend. The owner was available at all times by phone. You could not ask for a more beautiful & huge balcony and the weather was perfect every day. Everything was clean & ready when we arrived. Very nice towels and a nice washer & dryer. This unit has been remodeled with very nice upgrades. You can tell the owner takes pride in this rental. Each bedroom has a private bath , which is a definite plus. There is a ring camera located at the door and keyless entry. This is a perfect condo for 8 people. Do not go with the intention of just a 4 bedroom, 4 bath. Go with the intention of 8 guests, both for sleeping and visiting. Extra people are not allowed. It is a large comfortable home away from home. We enjoyed our vacation & thank you.
