The condo and resort were excellent. Condo was spacious and was in a great location.

This was the perfect location to use as home-base during our Branson stay. Peaceful area and the access to the pool, pickle ball courts and basketball were fun late day free activities. Our grands enjoyed a few games of cards on the screened porch late each evening! Just what we wanted.

Very nice and quiet. Overlooking the river/lake, with squirrels and birds and boats of fly fishermen drifting by. Very, very clean with everything supplied. Beds very comfortable. Porch delightful and fun. Great place to stay.

We enjoyed the close proximity to the water and trail, and the ease of getting around in Branson. The beds were comfortable and the condo was perfect for a short stay for our family. We cooked a couple meals and would have liked to have a couple items available such as cooking spray, a glass baking dish etc. but we made do. Would return without hesitation if in Branson again.

Loved this condo. Decor, colors, textures, furniture were beautiful. It was great having a view of the lake. Ground level with no stairs made it even better!

The Condo was clean, great location for what we were looking for. Plenty of choices to dine in that area. Everything in the condo worked as far as TV's etc. Easy to get to places we were interested in. We would stay here again.

The condo was perfect for us and very well appointed. Loved the screened in porch. Our 9 year old grandson loved it and wants to go back. We hope to visit again!

This was our second time here. Tracy's place was very clean. The view was beautiful. We saw bald eagles while we sat on the sunporch in the morning. The heater on the sunporch worked great. It took about an hour to heat up the porch to a cozy temp. Pointe Royale is away from the noise, but close to everything. We ate, shopped, and saw three shows (Six, The Haygoods, and Reza). All of the shows were very good. Six was our top choice. Thanks, Tracy. We will be back.

Loved the location, easy access to attractions. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. We spent afternoons in the sunroom watching the water as we relaxed.

Location is great! Very clean, amenities are outstanding. Main floor. Lakeview…..nice to start the morning with a cup of coffee staring at the lake, birds and foliage in a screened in porch!

We had a very relaxing time,place was clean,comfy and even had sound machines and great fans in each bedroom! We didn't get a chance to swim but fished and it's although it was 98 degrees each day,as you walk down to the water it drops at least 15 degrees!!! Love it!

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed in the Branson area, it was clean, well equipped with two decks ready to be used. Tracy was attentive to our need’s throughout the process of reservation, stay and check out. We will certainly return!

The place was nice and clean. It could use some updating and get rid of the carpet. It would be nice if there were more toiletries and a few things to get by on without having to go to the store.

We enjoyed the sun room in the cooler mornings and the screened in porch in the warmer afternoons. The mattress in master was too soft for hubby and me but maybe that's just our personal preference. Laundering the sheets as part of the check out was a new one for me but didn't keep me from giving it five stars.

We had a great trip! The condo was exactly as described and very comfortable. Tracey was ahead of the game with all communication and very friendly. The location was not too far away from our activities. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Branson.
