Location is perfect, super close to El Parian, Avenida de los Zapos, many restaurants to choose in the area too. The room was super modern, probably the most modern we've stayed at.

Rooftop restaurant didn’t open until 10:30 for breakfast on our first day. Pool areas was very noisy with small children during our stay.

The was a super boutique hotel located right in the artists district and I was able to see the Los Sapos market from my rooms. The room was really lovely decorated and well equipped (even with a Japanese toilet!). The huge bed I had was very comfy and the room was a very good size. The roof top pool was a nice place to relax as well. I thought it offered great value for money and I'd recommend!

Combination of location, room and staff! The rooms are indeed super modern, sufficient space. Large bed larger TV. Everything works properly, modern japanese toilet. Location is perfect for old city center. Staff is lovely, nothing is to much to ask, very friendly and helpfully.

Be careful with this hotel, they rip off the guests without given any information. The people at the reception isn’t qualified. The check in and check out takes a while. The pool was dirty, we ask several times to clean it and after some time the guy came, really annoyed, and just clean in some areas and left. The DJ at the roof top was so loud that the window and bedroom door was vibrating. I begged to please keep it in a considerable volume but nothing, until i said i was gonna call the police if they weren’t gonna do something about it. But the WORST was when we made the check out and the lady at the reception said she was gonna check the room to see if we didn’t miss anything, after some minutes, she comes back saying everything is in order. So we left and 30min. later we got a a charge for 3000mxn. I called and they said it was because the tablet at our room was broken and that was the cost to repair it. We didn’t receive any email, no receipt, nothing not even a comment when we were at the hotel. They just decided to make the charge thinking we weren’t doing anything about it. The tablet was already like that but they make up any excuse to charge something extra. Every negative review is similar and some have even the police involved. Please stay away from this hotel, they rip off the guests.

Great bar / Restaurant / Pool area on the roof, for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Excellent A La Carte Restaurant on the ground floor. Very central position. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large comfortable rooms Highly recommended for a stay in Puebla.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, brilliant location in the centre of town. walking distance to most attractions, restaurants and bars. rooms were beautifully designed, very modern, great bed. the shower was phenomenal. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful with some great suggestions. no parking on the street, but a paid car park just one min walk away. loved it

Great hotel overlooking a beautiful plaza. Amenities in room are very modern and high tech, comfortable bed, awesome bathroom. Close to all the sites, great restaurants. Loved the rooftop pool!

We had a great time staying at L'Hotel Perla Boutique. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooftop space was beautiful, with great views, and the location in the midst of the historic center can't be beat. As for the room, everything was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the modern and clean bathroom, with great shower hookups, was very appreciated. Almost everything in the room operated digitally by a tablet, and while that took a little getting used to, we came to enjoy it. In short, I doubt there are any nicer places to stay at this price point in beautiful Puebla!

This hotel is in a great location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was very clean. The rooftop terrace has a beautiful view and the pool is nice. We really enjoyed it here.

The tablet that controls everything in the room takes some time to get used to.

The rooms were beautiful, updated, and technologically advanced (iPad to control blinds, lighting, music, temperature, etc). The pool on the roof was an awesome bonus. Staff was always friendly & helpful!

Our keycard wouldn’t work a few times with our hotel room door. Staff was always quick to provide us with a new key.

Amazingly stylish, comfortable, relaxing and the location could not be better. Wonderfully friendly, funny and helpful staff. Highly personalised service. Beautiful design and rooms, sumptuous beds and generally very opulent. Laughably huge TV. Fabulous rooftop pool with beautiful 360 views of the city. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in Puebla.

Seems to be very newly opened. Would hope breakfast to be available in-house soon, but there are many great places nearby. Ditto a rooftop bar and snacks at the pool. A couple of times, water and coffee not replenished during room cleaning. Smart room controls a little fussy.
