Proximity to everything in Derry

A bit of traffic noise on what seemed like what would have been a quiet street. Not enough to hinder our stay, just unexpected.

The location was fabulous! They had everything we needed. The parking on the street was nice. We would stay here again.

Be prepared to climb stairs to the bedrooms. Not necessarily a negative but be aware

All was perfect and beyond expectations

Excellent location near the center, beautiful house, large bedrooms and living room, clean, fully adequate, well equipped. Parking on the street. The kitchen is equipped, the size is sufficient even for a longer stay.

House was exactly as described and portrayed in pictures . House is quite quirky, spacious, comfy and homely. Everything we needed was in the house, heating came on quickly when needed, rooms spacious, beds comfy. Location absolutely perfect for everywhere. 15 min walk to Guild Hall Square. Parking right outside the door most days wasn't an issue or in the next street. The wee pub Park Bar (described by Shaun in his tips) was so friendly and welcoming and the barman John was just lovely. Added bonus ... the bar is 100 steps from front door! Brandywell Stadium is a short walk if you want to take in a Derry City FC match. Brooke Park is next door to the house and the wee cafe in the park was lovely. The Cathedral across the street was beautiful and worth a visit and lovely (most days) to be woken at 8am by the Cathedral bells.

Location was great.

It was dirty. Pubic hair on toilet seat along with urine. Pubic and human hair in upstairs bedroom on the floor. Floors dirty, and dirty footprints on kitchen floor. No hot water in bathroom or kitchen sink. The shower ran super hot to cold so you had to dart in and out. Dirty bathroom rugs. Furniture is ok, floors worn.. Bed was very soft which for us was not good. Sheets did appear to be clean. House smelled a bit stale. We received several very strong notes about not having parties. We are 2 retirees long past partytime. We own a few airbnb's. I would never rent out a place like this. Try a hostle for similar price. You do get what you pay for.

The place was absouletely beautiful. So spacious. Great instructions & excellent location. My 2 kids thought it was just the best thing ever! The beds were the most comfiest beds I've slept in & I have been to a lot of hotels. Shaun is on stand by if we needed to ask him anything & tbh I really could not fault the place at all. We will defo come back as my daughters gymnastics competitions are usually always Derry. (Ps she said it was definetely a lucky house as she came 3rd place in the NI gymnastics championships😊) well worth the trip & stay 🇮🇪

Big house with lots of space, and lots of comforts. Amazing value for the price, less than 10 mins walk to town although there is a hill coming back. Lots of great info from host before arrival, very friendly and informative.

It's an old house, so step stairs etc. Only on street parking, so need to find somewhere suitable

The house is very nice and big. Definitely very convenient for the price. The host helped us a lot sharing with us several information for the staying in Derry. The house is also close to the center. we appreciated staying in a typical house of the city
