The view from the balcony, kids enjoyed the pool, Resort and its premises are neat and well maintained..nice atmosphere...few staffs are polite and coperative...Had buffet dinner..items were less but overall food quality was good..liked it👍🏻

Sorry to say that Front desk staffs are horrible.. They don't know how to behave with the customers..they need to be improve alot.. I have spent almost 9000 rs for 2 deluxe room but they didn't provide wifi and no Tv connection...check in was at 4pm evening, but at 10 o clock night I enquired about wifi connection, told that still they were working on it.. later I came to know that there is no wifi and tv connection in that building bcz it was recently renewed.. didn't tell any single word about that.. we felt like being cheated.. Receptionist has worst attitude,first time experiencing such an arrogant behaviour.. atleast they can inform us during check in time it is a new building...no wifi or no tv connection with a sorry..

It was Super and fabula’s hotel. We got a warm welcome and the way of receiving is very humble. Staff are very pleasant and made our stay memorable. Gokul is very polite towards his caring and dedication. They arranged a pool side candle light dinner was fantastic, the food was awesome, the service, conformance everything is good. And other staff are also outstanding. We booked a Deluxe Rooms but they give a good category room with AC(no need, climate was so cold in the night and morning) with balcony, the view is amazing, Breakfast was bouffe. Ayurvedic spa was outstanding and the atmosphere is good , Doctor and spa persons are very calm and knowledgeable, after consultation with doctor they provide as a full body massage with steam, this was the highlight in our trip. I am very glad to visit that hotel. Once again thank u hotel crew and members for your hospitality.
