We were a family of eight in the area to attend a family wedding. The weather was great in mid-June with the exception of one evening when we were under a tornado warning and the town of Lone Tree was in its path. We were pelted with dime-sized hail and the wind was blowing very hard! The VRBO house was large and had inside rooms without windows that we could all take shelter in and we were fine. We later saw many uprooted trees throughout the neighborhood weafter the storm passed through!! The house was large and slept up to 10 and all bedrooms had attached bathrooms. The amenities were nice but the kitchen fridge did not have a water dispenser cold water or make ice. The decor was very ornate and nearly every flat surface was topped with silk flowers. The owner lives in the home in the bottom level and apparently likes to showcase this house with her dishes (dining room and kitchen tables were fully set with formal place settings and glasses and the bathrooms had layers of decorative towels hung from towel racks along with instructions to only look at them and not use for bathing. There was an abundanceEvery closet was filled with decorative pillows and bed coverings and kitchen cabinets with various holiday dishes and coffee cups and glassware. The beds were large and had cozy mattresses but the sheets were thin and pilled and the window shutter blinds were mostly all broken and difficult at best to close out the early morning sun!

This was a great location and size for our family. It was great to have separate bathrooms as well!
The house was decorated very nice and the only thing we had to change was removing all the dinner sets off the table so we could eat as a family.

Property was spacious and fit our family nicely with beautiful views and had a great location for our trip. Great neighborhood!
However, we were informed right before we were to arrive that owner lived on property which I do not think was disclosed on booking information.
The owner had plug in oils in every room that were overwhelming and had to be unplugged. Both tables were set with china and were unusable unless the china was removed. We didn’t use them, as we didn’t want to break anything. Found the decor to be cluttered and the throw rugs all over the floor were a tripping hazard and had to be moved to close doors. There was only one television for our family of 8 adults to use and enjoy. The upstairs was very cold.

This house is so beautiful. I don’t think the pictures give any justice. 5 spacious bedrooms. Supplies were everywhere where it was needed. The house is near everything literally. It’s 25-30 mins from airport. Lot of different stores and restaurants nearby. They even supplied water in the refrigerator. This home made us feel at home. I will definitely stay here again when we come back

I really enjoyed my stay at this bog beauty! This house is literally EVERYTHING from the impeccable views outside to the beautifully cozy inside of the house. Very clean, well kept, and decorated beautifully. This was the best house I’ve ever stayed in, it definitely made my trip a plus. I will 100% book this home again when I come back to Colorado. The owner was very nice and not a bother to us at all!

We stayed in this beautiful home, perfect for a large family. The house was decorated for Christmas and was absolutely beautiful. The owner of the house kept checking in with me to make sure everything was OK. She also checked on us to make sure we got home safely. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Plenty of space for larger family stays, property was clean but the back deck was still be worked on so it wasn't in great condition but we knew from previous reviews it was in delicate condition... the fridge did not make ice which was big for us cocktail drinkers but we just stocked up on ice. Communication with owners was great and the house had everything we needed. All in all a great area and cute parks in the neighborhood for those with little ones

Beautiful Home
We stayed for a week with my in-laws and accommodations were good. Host was welcoming and checked-in on us periodically to make sure everything was ok. Only negative was that there wasn’t any TV’s in bedrooms.

The home is huge, so it would be great for a larger group. It was very comfortable. The bedrooms and bathroom worked out great for our group: 2 couples and 2 singles. It is in a great location.

Over The Top
From the room sizes to the views, we got what we paid for. We only had 9 in our group, but 10 would be perfect. House was loaded with everything you need, including a case of ice cold bottled water in the fridge, which we needed. The deck off the back is due for an upgrade, but didn't effect the experience we were after. House location & neighborhood is awesome! Would recommend.

Elegance at it's finest, spectacular views, and ultimate host. BEST ever !!!!
The home was wonderfully appointed with all the items needed when you are wanting top notch accommodation. The space was wonderful with multiple areas to relax in, never felt cramped at all. All the bedroom where exquisite very large.

Roomy but outdated clutter
Decorations are so outdated and overwhelming. I read it on previous reviews and ignored it but it was off-putting for sure. There were throw carpets over carpet everywhere! Fake plants with dust everywhere. The dining room and kitchen tables were set with formal dishes and needless ribbons wrapped around chairs, plates, etc.
Plenty of towels, and shampoo and body wash. Ice maker didn't work. One TV in the entire house. Biggest issue is the back deck. There was a sign that it was going to get repaired but safe. IT IS NOT SAFE. The decking was splintered, loose and rotten floorboards and most importantly, the railing was super dangerous. It is a shame because it would have been great to hang out there in the morning and evening.

Great house, large, close to Denver and lots of trails. There was not much in the way of usuable kitchenware, it was all China and no real plates/cups/bowls etc. you can make do but just be aware if planning to cook every meal.

overall the house is big and roomy and was well stocked. Too stocked with personal stuff. Many dangerous tripping hazards front walkway, area rugs everywhere. Deck was in grave disrepair. Views were lovely.

Lone Tree
The property has beautiful view and was well stocked with TP, kleenex, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The owner and her daughter were sweet and responsive. There was plenty of room for our large group. The house itself is in some disrepair. Front walkway is treacherous and we had to be very careful with elderly and handicapped members of our family. Back deck was peeling badly, with railings that could give way if any weight was put on them. Back stairs leading to the trash -very worn and unstable. I almost fell backwards when I sat on a broken chair that was sitting on the deck when we arrived but we moved it out of the way. Only one television in the whole house. I don't feel the house was worth what we paid though it is large and in a nice neighborhood. The decor was dated, cluttered and very busy. I think the owner is trying to make improvements but she may want to consider safety concerns first.
We stay in VRBO all over the world and this one was disappointing.

Large house w excellent bedrooms +baths. Kitchen well stocked with essentials. Plenty of room for group. Beautiful view out back. Would stay again, but house needs outside maintenance. Back deck rail is quite loose, decking paint is badly peeled and front entry has loose stones and an uneven step up. Still, you can’t beat the size and views!

Eclectic
The house was very clean with a great location for us and a spectacular view from back patio. But my feedback would be to clean out most of the decorations and rugs and streamline the property. To much stuff and way too many rugs on the floors. Clear off the kitchen counters so there is room to cook and the cabinets could be cleared of other eclectic items and stocked with more useful items like casserole dishes, cookie sheets,mixing bowls etc. The ice machine and water in the fridge were broken as well as a couple of the windows on the back side of the house. The back deck was in desperate need of being repainted. Also, having both the kitchen table and the dining room table covered with fancy china made it a pain to be able to actually use them to have a meal around.
So overall Bethlehem the hone owner was lovely to work with, but the house could use some refinement and repairs.

Beautiful house!
I stayed here for my 32nd birthday and let me tell you it was the most epic birthday EVER! This house is absolutely beautiful.. for the beautiful entrance to the amazing master bedroom!! We got caught in the worst snow stores they have seen In years and it was not a problem at all. The owner dogged our cars out with no problem and the neighbors was so helpful also! Everything about this trip was amazing! The only down fall was not being able to “4/20” inside the house but after seeing how beautiful the house is we completely understood! ❤️ Thank you again Vrbo for helping me find this amazing property.

Luxury home by the Bluffs in Lone Tree
We had a wonderful stay... the owner had flowers and snacks and a full fridge of bottled waters ready for us upon our arrival. The location is perfect... walking/running/biking on the bluffs overlooking Denver and the Rocky Mountains are steps from the front door, with all of the attractions of the Denver area a short drive away. Quiet location, comfortable bedrooms, and a great kitchen/living room area for spending time with family. Definitely gives you that luxury home away from home feel, with plenty of room for extended family and friends. We would definitely stay here again!

Great potential
There are 51 fake plants and trees throughout the rooms and bathrooms. All could be thrown out (taking their dust particles with them). The house is great for a group, but every table had some type of decor making it hard to use. Great house...too much clutter. Had to move pillows to even be able to sit on the couch. Kitchen could use more items-like measuring cups. But the best way to upgrade the house is to toss the fake floral arrangements!

Nice House
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is extra quiet!!! Loved the view from the balcony. The house was beautiful and very cozy. The only thing we needed was hotter water, but we made due it was not a big deal. The fireplaces heated up the house well. The owner was very helpful, he checked on us daily to make sure we was not in need of anything. I will defiantly use this owner again for my next trip here!!!

NIce house, poorly managed
This house is a in a nice location and was ideal for our family with many nice sized bedrooms with private baths. The house was very spacious and could seat a lot of people for meals.. The design of the house is very good and a huge master bedroom and large kitchen.
Problem is that the house is poorly managed. We had trouble communicating with the manger who was slow to respond to our calls and emails or did not respond at all. The maintenance of the house is inadequate and problems are starting to show. In no particular order, some of the problems included; luke-warm showers, knobs falling off kitchen cabinets, inadequate cooking equipment such as baking pans, no kitchen hand towels, refrigerator water filter leaking, cheap sheets and pillows, poor heating in the twin bedroom, built in microwave not working, broken window blinds, filthy grill, propane for grill empty, no trash or recycling bins, paint peeling or gone from deck and, perhaps most seriously, many of the smoke alarms had been removed.
House was decorated for Christmas and was very welcoming with a welcome plant. House is located near a park and right on some great trails. So house is great (or could be), management is far less than perfect and the worst I have had with VRBO.

Guest house
I used this property as a guest house during a family get together. I live in the community. My family loved it for everything. I live in the community so I know that the location is just wonderful and safe.
They later informed me that there was no hot water in the jack n jill bathroom upstairs. Wish they informed me earlier so that I could bring it up with the property manager but relatively speaking it was a smaller problem as these houses has several bathrooms.

The property owner was lovely. She continually checked in with me to make sure everything was going well and to see if I needed anything. Her home was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this home to all my friends. My family had a lovely time.

Worked well for our family.
The five bedrooms and baths nicely accommodated our family of 8 visitors. It had plenty of gathering space to include additional local family as well. The location was great, near Park Meadows mall and easy access to highways and main roads. We all enjoyed having this nice home available for the holidays.

Large, beautiful home with a wonderful backyard view.
The house is beautiful and spacious. We had nine people stay comfortably with room to spare. Bethlehem is a great host and had fresh flowers waiting for us when we arrived. She kept in touch to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Stayed in this beautiful home for a girl's trip and it was GREAT! There were 5 of us and everyone agreed the accommodations were beautiful and super comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped which was great since we cooked a lot. Great view from the patio! The owner was very helpful & just as sweet as she could be. She checked on us to make sure our stay was going well & we really appreciated that personal touch. The location is convenient to shopping, the airport, and loads of other tourist attractions. I would definitely recommend this home & I will book again if ever back in the area.

Very happy with house and owner
Very clean and inviting. Fresh flowers and welcome note as soon as you enter the home. Owner was always available to answer any questions immediately via text, and you would not know that she lives in the basement. I didn't get to meet her (Bethlehem)because we had to cancel our reservation early due to family emergency, but I would really like to have given her a hug for the way she handled everything concerning our stay. Always hospitable, respected our privacy, clean house, recommend!

Beautiful home with lots of space for large group
Our group consisted of four brothers (each as couples) in town for a wedding. The house was the perfect way to catch up with each other between wedding events. We had lots of space and everyone was comfortable. The only property we found that would sleep everyone comfortably. Nice neighborhood and lots of trails for morning walks.
The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was some deferred maintenance that didn't keep us from having a great time but should be addressed to make it a 5 star property.

Beautiful grand home!
We had a wonderful stay. This beautiful home accommodated our family from out of state for my daughter's wedding. The owner communicated with us and was available at all times. We did not have any interference, see or hear anything during our stay that bothered us. The fruit bowl, fresh flowers and granola bars were a big hit with our group. The house was very spacious and located in a great area.
The house was as seen in the pictures. Plenty of kitchenware available to use along with water and chewy bars provided in the fridge and on the countertop. The house is located in a great area and has an amazing view off the back deck. There was wifi although we could not get it to work while we were there. Some parts of the carpet and chairs were a little dirty but nothing that made the stay uncomfortable. Do note that the owner does live in the basement at all times, we were unaware of this before we arrived but we never saw her and it wasn't an issue at all. She was very helpful and responded promptly to our text. Overall it was a good weekend stay and I would stay here again!

Great spacious home with a beautiful view
We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay here! Bethlehem was very hospitable with everything to fresh flowers to a snack bin for the kids. She thought of everything. There was 13 of us and we had room to spare. The location to town was also very convenient! There were a few small maintenance issues but after telling Bethlehem about them I have confidence that they will be taken care of. We would stay again!!
