Das Apartment im Dachgeschoss ist sehr groß und für 4 Personen sehr gut. Die Lage 10 Minuten Fußwegweite vom historischen Zentrum ist optimal. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und sogar Kapseln für die Kaffeemaschine und Teebeutel sind vorhanden. Lichtkuppeln in der Decke machen die Räume sehr hell.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es ca. 250 m entfernt in der orangenen Zone für 6,00 € pro 24 Std. Dort ist auch ein Lidl für die Versorgung mit Lebensmitteln. Wenige Minuten vom Apartment entfernt gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants in der Straße.
Das Apartment liegt im 3. Obergeschoss und ist über eine Treppe zum erreichen - Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen sollten dies im Back haben.

Tolle Lage. Große Wohnung mit viel Platz und guter Ausstattung. Gemütliches Wohnzimmer. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Viele Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Günstiges Parkhaus Tolhuis in ca. 500 m Entfernung.
Fußboden in Küche und im Essbereich mit handwerklichem Mängeln (lose Fliesen).

Super spacious, clean and great locality.
The apartment is in the 3rd floor and we found it a little less accessible with a toddler. Also, the bathroom dint have proper ventilation and had a bad smell. A good bathroom freshener would have helped.

The football table was a big hit with the kids and one of the reasons that I booked this apartment. Nicely decorated and a great location. We would stay here again.
It was difficult to open and lock the door to the apartment.

Perfect location with access to local amenities like the tram and supermarkets. Short walk into Gent. PERFECT location.
The children loved the football table and there is so much space in the property. We will be returning!

It was in walking distance of almost everything we wanted to see. It was so nice to stay in an apartment and cook our own breakfast.
Nothing really … just needed more dish soap hehe. There was a music festival across the street Friday and Saturday that went on until early in the morning but I was so tired that I was able to sleep through a lot of it lol. Maybe just being notified of that would have been useful.

Was very hard to find. Some screws where picking out on the decking that could have been dangerous.

The shower gets flooded in 1 minute, it's a bit disgusting. The kitchen is not as new as the rest of the apartment

House was spacious, clean with all amenities in kitchen.
House was at 3rd floor with no lift. And it was not mentioned in description that house is on 3rd floor. We had 1 year old daughter and 60+ years old my mom, it was utterly inconvenient. My booking was non-refundable and I got to know about 3rd floor 3 days before my stay. I requested for waive off but no response there.

Excellent location and very comfortable house. Lot of space and equipped with everything.
The only little inconvenience is needed to carry all the luggage up 3 floors. But no complaint after all the other good points.

There was only one door key for 5 of us. The front door wasn’t easy to lock or unlock.

Its just a really nice sized apartment near the center of town for a good price. Everything was clean and well managed. Would certainly recommend other people stay here!

The communication with Anna was very easy, when we needed her help, she replied my call immediately.
The rooms were big enough, the decoration simple and nice.
The mini football was one of the reasons we selected this property.

Very spacious, well equipped and decorated three bedroom place. Close to the centre of Ghent which is amazing. There are supermarkets and s garage nearby.
It would have been good to have twin beds in one of the rooms, but that is a very minor point and we did know it was all doubles from the description. It really is an incredible place.

Great apartment, fantastic location, really delighted with it and really easy to check in and out.
