This house is great! This is the second time I’ve been a part of a group here. The location is convenient to everything. It’s close to Duval, but it’s also close to the marina for fishing which is one of the main things we come for. Whitney and the staff are great and very accommodating. This is the best place for a large group, but that’s all the good things I’m going to say because I don’t want too many people to find out and the house not be available the next time we need it (lol).

Loved my stay! The pool was amazing. Two washers and dryers. The floors are separated which is nice if you have people that want to stay a little bit out of all the action. The location was close by to everything. Concierge service was very responsive and helpful. We had groceries put in the house upon arrival.

This home is perfect for a large group of friends. There were 11 of us old college buddies for a 4 night stay. It was large enough for separate beds for all. The pool and BBQ grill in the backyard made for good food and fun with friends 8n a relaxed setting. And the location is fantastic for visiting all bars, restaurants and a grocery store. We highly recommend this home. We’ll definitely be back!

This house is great. Had more than enough room for our large group of 11 adults. The location is fantastic, it's only a short walk to Duval Street and lots of other great restaurants and bars. The property manager is great. I got a quick response from her no matter what time I texted or emailed with a question. The only draw back is they have a disgruntled neighbor that likes to make noise complaints. He literally called to complain the second quiet hours started. Other than worrying about being too loud outside in the pool area we had a great stay. The property is great all around. Exactly as advertised. Hopefully we'll be able to all go there again soon.

Stars & Stripes was the perfect house for all of us to celebrate our niece-cousins 50th birthday weekend! There was plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms, towels/pool towels provided and the location was great! Also, any questions we had were taken care of immediately as well as concierge services we excellent!! Only suggestion we would give is mirrors in bedrooms. Will definitely be back!!!

Our Refuge Inn staff of 14, from Chincoteague Island, Va, stayed here for our business' 50th anniversary. It was immaculate, well maintained and spacious. They loved the outside eating/gathering space by the pool, which was shaded with a large table and comfortable chairs, lending itself to a magnificent place for lively conversation and outdoor meals. We kept the noise down to respect the neighbors. We get it! We only saw one of the neighbors and he was really nice. Most days, we found a non reserved parking place on the street for our Jeep SUV directly in front of the house and used the space next to the house for our six person golf cart but it is large enough for a minivan. The house managers were very nice and respond very quickly to any call, text or email. The house is set up so that each level can be rented separately but not sure if it is. The location is central to the Old Downtown so you really do not need a car. WE will return and hopefully have enough folks to rent this house.

This was our second time to stay at Stars & Stripes. Love the location - walking distance to all the Key West spots but on a quiet street. The house is amazing - very spacious and clean. The walk-through room on the first floor was a little odd but every room has its own outside door and it wasn’t really a big deal. Property manager and concierge were so nice and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

What a great place for our multigenerational wedding party! The kids loved the pool and the baby had her own room. The grandparents climbed to their cozy third floor for some peace and quiet. The location is quiet yet central. Parking for our golf cart was handy. Very clean and a great staff too👍

Close to everything! Great location. After reading some reviews about noise, I was a little concerned. We didn’t have any issues. We were a group of 12 and really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and well-maintained. One of the coffee pots broke and it was replaced right away. Definitely would stay here again.

I booked this house to accommodate myself and 15 friends. We were celebrating my 60th birthday. My first girls trip. There are not enough words to express what a wonderful time we had. The location and layout of this house was perfect. We all enjoyed the pool and the coffee bar around the corner. We quickly learned our way around and everything was so close. We all want to go back.
The property manager was great. Shana was always available to answer questions and provide assistance. We had an issue with the washing machine not filling and she had somewhere there quickly. I highly recommend this house and hope to go back again.

This house was able to accommodate my large group, location was great - close enough to Duval Street but also far enough to have some quiet time. Only suggestions we have were to supply some beach chairs for the beach, and also some cushions for the kitchen chairs. There also should be more parking spaces available for the guests. Shana, the property manager, and the staff at Concierge were great!!

This house and property are amazing! We had 15 people in the house and had PLENTY of room. The pool and grounds were perfect to grill and hangout during the day or evening and the inside was cool and quiet. All three kitchens were fully stocked and the property manager was a dream. Cons: If any of your guests have loud voices or loud laughs this is not the place for you. The neighbor called the cops on us within 2 hours of being there (4:30 in the afternoon) because we were too loud. I would understand if it was 10 at night but it was not. The kitchen did not have ANY spices or kitchen aids (napkins, aluminum foil etc) that previous renters normally leave behind from my numerous vacation rental experiences. We did find salt and pepper in the second floor kitchen but that was it. We had to buy spices and kitchen needs to cook and left them all there like most people would have I assume. The bed my husband and I slept in squeaked when you sat on it or rolled over and listing states it was a Queen but felt more like a full size.
All in all it was a great time and after the experience with the neighbor day one we tried to spend most of our time out in town not to upset the “East Coast” neighbor.

Great Milestone Bday Celebration
House was wonderful! One of our party cooked a gourmet meal one night. Grilled most days. Pool (including pool toys!) was great for those days we needed a little time away from Duval Street. Wonderful location- could walk most every place we wanted to go. Would highly recommend for large groups/families.

Great location
This house is in a great location and very good for a large group. The neighbor is difficult for noise the pool is limited for a large group use. Also, the pool is cleaned on Friday during the day and landscaping done on Saturday during the day so limits the use of the pool.

Amazing house for a 50th birthday trip!
The house was perfect for the 7 couples we had. The rooms were clean and quiet. The pool area had seating and we had a great time! The location is just two blocks from Duval and you can easily walk anywhere you need to go. We can’t wait to go back!

The property manager, Shana, was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. She was so nice, it made me feel secure and comfortable during our stay. Thank you for having us!

we had 8 people with us and the house fit perfectly with plenty of room for more. its within walking distance of everything but the best part was Shana the property manager! she was so helpful and made sure she was in touch from the time the plane landed. 5 stars for sure and when I go back this will be the place! great work!
