Everything was awesome, the stairs to the 3rd floor were a great workout! :) Just a few notes, the lights/fan in the shower in the Master Bath weren't working. All and all, we all had a great time and for most of us, this was our first visit to Nashville. loved it!!

This was just right for our group. We did a show at Music City Center and the location was perfect for navigating away from Broadway later in the week to enjoy more of different areas of Nashville. I would definitely recommend this house.

This house was perfect for our group with 3 rooms with their own bathrooms. Well stocked and clean. Could get everywhere we needed to go in 10-15 minutes by Uber.

Conveniently located, nice neighborhood, quiet area

Owner of property was excellent in communication and addressed any issues we had immediately. Property is perfect for 3 couples, nice with large open space on the first floor & open deck area on top floor. Short drive to all spots we wanted to see. A few updates like new carpets & sofa would easily bring this to a 5 star property.

Spacious townhouse a short ride from all the downtown attractions, it was just right for the 6 of us. Each bedroom had plenty of room, it’s own bath, and a walk in closet. The kitchen was huge and well equipped. We had one car, but 2 spaces are available for this unit. Be aware that as a 3 story townhouse, all the bedrooms are up one or two flights, so if stairs are not your thing, look elsewhere. It was no problem for us. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat

Our group needed a place to stay while we were in Nashville for a concert. The condo had everything we needed- the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, and the kitchen/living area were open and provided a pleasant place to gather.

The townhouse was a perfect open setup with lots of space for 3 couples in their early 40’s for a weekend getaway. Loved that each suite had a private bathroom. Check in was a breeze. Quiet neighborhood. Short Uber rides around $20-$25 to get downtown to Broadway.

The home was clean. Kitchen dishes, pans, utensils were plentiful, enough towels for the 6 of us. Communication was clear on entry, how to operate remotes (even though not used) and what to do when leaving. Was able to communicate with the host prior to arrival. We would stay there again.

Such a great house. We loved everything about it. There is a local coffee shop at the bottom of the hill that is a must go to spot. Went there every morning. Neighborhood seems like it’s up and coming. LOTS of residential construction. Even with all the construction it didn’t affect our stay at all. Parking is great. We would come back for sure.

My daughters in law, three grandchildren and I planned a trip to Nashville to see Ed Sheeran in concert. The bonus was staying in this beautiful, comfortable and clean home. The location was great. Nashville did not disappoint. We had a wonderful time. We would highly recommend staying here and would again if we go back to Nashville!

My family enjoyed our stay. We felt at home. We liked that the first floor was open. It was close to the attractions we visited. My grandson said we were staying at a special house. I would recommend this place to others.

This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Nashville. We were able to Uber all over with no problems. Townhouse is perfect. It was awesome for each room to have their own bathroom! Highly recommend and will 10000% stay again the next time we come to Nashville!

Great family lodging. Each bedroom has its own bath and parking in back is ideal. As advertised it has three floors- bedrooms are on upper levels. Everything was in place as described. Check in was easy. Response to my one question in advance was answered within 24 hours. Thanks!

We enjoyed staying at this property so much! Having a bathroom with every bedroom was a definite plus. We were pleased with the location, as it took only a few minutes to get to most of our destinations. Would recommend to others!

Our group of 8 enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and spacious. Unfortunately, there were two in our group who slept on the pullout couch and it was quite uncomfortable and the bedding was not sufficient. Although the sheets were soft, there was only a very thin blanket. We felt safe in the neighborhood we were in. The property manager was very quick to respond during the whole process and always available to answer questions. Besides the pullout couch, everything was great!

The property was fine and clean. It is also within close driving distance to downtown Nashville and other favorite attractions. The neighborhood appears rundown but is being revitalized. I had forgot a laptop charging cord at the house. The cleaning crew found the cord and sent it to me at a $40 service fee plus postage. I had concerns when I did not receive arrival instructions until the day before checking in. I had to request the information from VRBO to get it that soon! The prior requests to the owner to send me the information were ignored. Apparently their process is to send the information on the day of check-in. That should be stated up front so the renter is not thinking something is wrong as the arrival day draws near. I was also charged an extra $500 up front to cover damage expenses if incurred. Well, it has been two weeks since checking out as of writing this review and I have not received the $500, even after an e-mail was sent to me stating it has been refunded. I try calling the phone number listed on that e-mail to discuss this issue, but it says they are on vacation and leaves another persons phone number. That person does not answer the phone and does not call me back after leaving multiple phone mail messages. I have used VRBO and other vacation sights to rent houses. This is the first time I have had issues of any kind. I would only stay at this place again if it had a new owner/management service.

We stayed two nights at this house for our kids 21st birthday weekend. The house was just as listed with plenty of room for all of us. It was about a 5 minute Uber ride ($8) to Broadway. Overall great experience.

All was great.

Very well- equipped 3 bedroom townhouse on 3 levels. Kitchen had everything necessary for our weeks stay. Parking was great. Showers needed grab bar stairs were a little tricky for seniors ( 40 steps to top floor)! Only one cable TV for watching.

We stayed 4 nights with family (all adults) and we all enjoyed the property and amenities. All beds are very comfortable and the place was spotless! It was a bit tricky to find initially as it was dark. The 3rd floor suite was amazing! All bedrooms are upstairs…34 stairs to the third floor to be exact. It could be an issue for people with mobility issues. The welcome letter was very detailed and helpful! Communication with James was very good. The unit was close to restaurants, bars, museums, grocery stores etc. The only suggestion is please include tub mats, or something to prevent the bathtub from being slippery. We had to use extra caution when getting in and out. Excellent property! We recommend it!

We flew in and out of Nashville for the Kentucky Derby. This spot was pristine, completely updated, very convenient for our night on Broadway and the airport. Owner was very responsive when I had questions. Would stay again!

My daughter was graduating from law school. My family was coming to the graduation from 4 other states. This VRBO was perfect!! It had a great kitchen island and an attached dining area so plenty of seating. Was clean, good communication with the property manager. House also had great access to the freeway

Super close to downtown and everything we wanted to see and do while we were in town. The building is really well insulated up and down and side to side. We never heard anyone else.

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. A few minor improvements and repairs would be appropriate and would improve the experience which was, nonetheless, quite good I would stay here again

We came for a bachelorette trip. There was plenty of room in the house for eight women. Great location! The neighbors were nice, and we felt safe in the area. It was a short drive (around 10 minutes) to downtown and a coffee shop within walking distance. We would stay again!

Very nice house! Beds were very comfortable - great for 3 couples each had their own en- suite. downfall lots of steps to the master bedroom. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy - 30 dollar uber ride to broadway or basically anywhere you wanted to go. Overall a nice house and comfy beds!
