The checkin and checkout system works pretty well, fast and easy for mid night arrivals

The room was quite smelly and the overall look is quite horrible. There was not even coffee or tea. The shower was ok, hot water

Extremely impressed with the value and when we walked into the room we were amazed! Really lovely especially for the price.

Spacious room. Clean kitchen (depending on guests). Super fast wifi. Good location! Close to bus stops, tube/ train station and supermarkets. Plenty of bathrooms so there is always at least one free to use. The housekeeper was friendly

Unfortunately the bedroom wasn't very clean I had to use cleaning wipes to remove dust and dirt from the surfaces and bed head. There was no hand wash in all the shared bathrooms which is very unhygienic so I had to buy my own. The furniture and towels was tatty, stained and worn. The walls had marks and needed repainting. Some of the chairs had mold. The bathrooms also needed a deep deep clean particularly the tiles, windows and doors. Also no air con/ heating or a TV. Overall the place needs some TLC otherwise it would have been a pleasant stay. I wouldn't recommend staying despite the price.

Nothing to declare

Bed was super comfortable. Room and bathrooms were clean. There is a shared kitchen with microwave, big table, fridge, dishes and three shared bathrooms (meaning at least one is always free) which was quite nice. Close to metro station and relatively close to Oriente (can be reached by foot.

There was a mold spot in one of the celling corners. Not too bothersome but it would be better if they fixed this. From the look of the pictures you get impression that it is a newer building but it is actually an old one (with new interior of the flat) not that it matters much, but we were surprised. Table and chairs in the room are used up. Lack of contact with owners. Everything was on code so no possibility to leave luggage in here after check out/code expires.

The location was perfect for my stay. For the price id say its good compared to other accommodation around. There are shared toilets but they were clean. Guest provides easy instructions for the self check-in.

The room was bit colder even though outside temperature was normal 14°c.

The accommodation was fantastic for budget travels.

There was no heating
