the location was beautiful. I am so glad that we did not stay in the town of Skipton or Grassinger. One night we ate at the town's pub with outdoor seating, dogs curled at owners' feet and blankets provided to help with the chill. We looked out over green grass, a small river and stone bridge. Our host is beyond hospitable. The day hikes were through gorgeous country . It was lambing season when we were there and so we were completely charmed. Everyone we met was especially kind and genuinely nice. Grassinger is where All Creatures Great and Small is filmed and they were shooting in the area. We want to return to see more of the area.

Perfect location in lovely village. Well equipped, comfortable studio, good kitchen. Fresh milk provided, also plenty of coffee, tea etc

There was no sign pointing to the Rectory, so we had some difficulty finding the place. It would really be helpful to put a clear sign at the entrance to the grounds.

Not that I was particularly bothered (good to detox from it all)but the WiFi didn’t connect

compact, cozy, comfortable and entirely practical.

Wi-Fi could use a boost - it was too weak to process most tasks. That said, this did not detract from our stay too much, but it does need attention.

Everything you need was provided. Lovely bathroom. Parking available.

Heater took forever to warm up. Small TV with limited channels.

Lovely location and fantastic studio apartment!

Clean, secure and comfortable and in an excellent location overlooking the village green and river. Plentiful onsite parking. The owners are very welcoming. This will now be our regular place when staying in the area.
