Jordi the owner was delightful, friendly and very informative with restaurant recommendations and sites to visit. The apartment itself was also delightful and simply decorated, bright, very clean, in an excellent location with easy access to the old town and it's shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. There was also free underground parking. There was also a nice big terrace with a great view of the Bay of Roses. The WIFI was very good most of the time. The washing machine was nice to have since we stayed for 8 nights, and a clothes drying rack was provided. The shower was very good. There was heating for the chilly February mornings There were plenty of kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes etc etc. There were two coffee machines, one for Capsules and another standard one.

There was no kettle to boil water for our tea. We used pots instead. The dishwasher was broken and we were not informed about this when we arrived. There was no DVD player upon arrival. It states on the Booking.com site there is one. Jordi did eventually source one for us. However, it arrived 2 nights before we were to leave and with no connection wires etc. (I had specifically asked about this when I booked the apartment.) However, the WIFI was sufficient for streaming Netflix etc. So no huge problem for us. There were no individual pillow cases provided for the bed. Instead one very long pillow case for what I guess is a Spanish long shared pillow, which did not work for us. Also, you have to pay extra for bath towels and bed sheets, which I personally found odd. However, none of this was a huge problem and overall we really enjoyed our 8 night stay. And if we ever return to Roses, we would not hesitate to stay with Jordi again.

The owner was really friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The view from the apartement is amazing! Great and peaceful place, right at the beach (our dog loved it too). Heating is very confinient during winter time. Safe parking place.

The bed was a bit small for us and, as we were staying during winter time, it was quite a hassle to keep the layers of sheets from running of to the sides.

The apartment was perfect and exceptionally clean which was very reassuring from a Covid perspective. The owner Jordi is superb making sure I had everything and nothing was ever too much trouble which again in these uncertain times is very important. The views are to die for. Apt had some basics like bin liners washing up liquid cleaning cloths which were appreciated. Great TV with various channels in English French German and Spanish. Apt is large for a one bedroom apartment. There's a lift and a decent size parking space which is underground with easy direct access to apt. Security around the complex is good as all access points only for residents. Location is perfect right in front of the beach with easy access into both Roses and Santa Margarita on foot and then the many beautiful beaches and surrounding bays. Exceptional place with exceptional owner.

That I could have stayed longer.

The apartment was great. We particularly liked the secure underground parking and the heating system as even though the weather was sunny and warm in the day - it gets cool in the evenings during February.

Jordi the owner was really welcoming. His flat is just great, super location, excellent price service ratio. The view at the sea, the sun, the chant of the waves u can hear from the flat, everything was great

We had a very lovely stay. The apartment was exceptional and very modern and comfortable. Brilliant location and great sea views from balcony. Host Jorgi was a real delight very helpful and genuine. He took time to explain on the map where are the best places to go for sightseeing etc. We feel very happy with our stay at Rose's and definitely we recommend to others who wish to go to Rose's to stay at this unique accomoadation.
