This was a perfect place for a quiet couple's stay. We enjoyed being feet from the beach so that we could come and go throughout the day as we pleased. We were able to fix dinner/breakfast without having to eat out. Everything we needed was provided to make our stay perfect.

I’m so glad that I took the time to search, search and search again for just the right spot for our little Honeymoon getaway. Our apartment was steps from the most beautiful beach. My husband and me enjoyed the crystal clear water, sugar like sand and the feel of our own private bit of paradise. The accommodations were immaculate and comfortable. We will most definitely stay again as well as refer family and friends who are true beach lovers to this lovely spot. Thank you Sheridan for your kindness 😊 Judy F

Wonderful little gem on the beach. Our host was so kind and considerate of our travel plans. The bed and pillows were so nice and the apartment had everything we needed. We will definitely choose this property next time we are back in the area.

This unit was perfect for my husband and I. Kitchen was equipped with all we needed to make breakfasts and lunch and we enjoyed many local restaurants for dinner. Extra bath towels included along with towels for the beach. The beach is literally steps away and we used the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella everyday. There is a walking path right along the beach that takes you all the way to the Broadwalk where we found restaurants and live music. We especially loved the covered porch! We spent many hours lounging on the cushioned benches surrounded by beautiful Florida flora. Beautiful place we will definitely want to visit again!

We only had a few days at this property, but we really enjoyed our time here. The place was comfortable and clean, and it’s hard to beat being so close to the ocean. The host was a pleasure to deal with, too. Easy to recommend this rental!

This is our third year staying at Soto’s and it never disappoints. Steps to the beach and an easy bike ride to the Broadwalk. Soto’s place is the best and he is a great host.

Great property, right next to beach. Sotos is very accommodating if you need anything! Loved that we had parking and beach chairs. We did some cooking, and had everything we needed, bed is comfy, and the wine was a nice touch.

We are a returning customer. We love the hideaway space. This unit is an easy walk to restaurants and coastal fishing. Fantastic beach with lifeguard just a 30 second walk away. Hollywood beach is along the boardwalk for a fun day at Margaritaville and bike rentals.

Sotos is the most kind and charming host. We spent two weeks using the property as our temperate office in January. The apartment is comfortable and fully functional. We prepared many of our meals with no limitations in the well stocked kitchen. Air circulation within the space is good so we hardly needed AC, but when we did, it work well. Much of our time working and dining was on the patio, which is absolutely relaxing and beautiful, surrounded by tropical garden. The property is extremely quiet with the prominent sounds being birds and the ocean, just steps away. We look forward to many more visits in the future.

Our apartment was clean, quiet, and exactly as pictured and described. We were steps from the beach and enjoyed it every day. Sotos was a great host, responding quickly to our questions and requests. Although our stretch of beach was quiet, we were only 1 mile north of the action on the Broadwalk.
We highly recommend this place.

We cannot say enough good things about this little apartment ~ Sotos is such a phenomenal host!!! This is our second time here and we are just so in love with the location. We can walk to parks and restaurants and anything else you could need or want is just a short drive away. It’s clean, convenient and we love being there!! Can’t wait to visit again!

Came to Florida for a long weekend to get away from the cold and stayed in this lovely apt. Steps away from the beach and within walking distances to great restaurants! The property manager was also very nice and was always willing to answer any questions.

Soto’s place is amazing!!! As soon as you step on the property you are transported in Paradise! My husband and I had such a great time staying in apartment 1! Everything is so beautiful and spotless clean, we had everything we possible needed for the vacation and we felt very comfortable, it was indeed like a home away from home! The location is great, beautiful street and the beach is only steps away! Loved everything about this stay and Soto our host could not be nicer and helpful, to make our stay very special!!!

Great property, truly is steps from the beach. Sotos greeted us and walked us through the property upon arrival. Beach chairs and towels were provided and he even gave us recommendations for eating in the area. Only suggestion would be to check the filter in the air conditioner in the bedroom as it may be time for cleaning. Other than that it was a great place.

Steps from the beautiful Hollywood beach - North of the strip so no crowds or piped in house music. When the beach is too much sun, and it will be! there is always a shady spot somewhere on the picture book beautiful oasis of a patio.
Absolutely perfect, Sotos is an amazing host, so kind and helpful - seriously could not recommend this place enough. I'll be back - no question.

Charming and convenient as advertised!
We had a lovely stay at this charming "old Florida" apartment steps from the ocean. It is exactly as advertised, clean, pleasant, convenient, charming and helpful host. Parking was perfect and even on July 4 weekend our spot was never pirated.
Kitchen and technology all up to date, comfortable bed and linens. It could not have been more charming. Thank you Sotos!

Just perfect!
We had the nicest stay at Sotos' place! It's location and proximity to the beach and local social spots is just right.
The apartment itself was immaculate, the entire place was spotless. We had everything we needed for our stay and were very comfortable. The outdoor area is really charming and feels like it was put together and maintained with intention and care. We had plenty of privacy and our interactions with the host were more than pleasant.
Don't question booking here, you won't be disappointed. Perfect for a weekend away with your person!

We had a great experience at this property! It is literally steps away from the beach, very pleasant outdoor space, clean, and comfortable! The bed was very comfortable! The only downfall of the area is that there is not great signal (for Verizon at least) until you get to the end of the street so be sure to ask about WiFi! Great location to be in betweeen both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale and also only 12 minutes from Ft. Lauderdales airport! If we ever come back to the area then we will definitely be back here! It was a wonderful stay!

The place is located 50 feet away from the beach. We could not ask for more.
