We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It's very clean, nicely furnished, spacious and equipped with practically everything one might need (a fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, spacious bathroom etc.). Gabi was very friendly and welcoming - we were even treated to some fresh and delicious produce from the garden behind the house, and she gave us quite a few helpful tips! We would definitely stay again!

Gabi was a wonderful hostess. She gave me so much information about czech republic and how it was to live there. Everything needed was there. No tv thank goodness. Washing machine worked great. Simple to use. Nice little patio outside to enjoy breakfast. All necessary items to be self sufficient in brno

A little far from the center , but doable with tram

Great apartment with all the facilities you need and very friendly host. The back garden is beautiful to look at from the table and chairs on your private courtyard. The host was there to help us with anything and provided the perfect amount of attention. The location is very close to Public transport and a small grocery store.

We found a few cobwebs but not a big deal.

Place was clean and tidy, we also had a coffee table in the garden which we didn't expect. Gabi is very nice and helpful person. Highly recommend the flat.

Cleanliness was spot on. The garden area with a little table was really nice. The apartment had almost everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped, fresh towels provided, it was warm and welcoming. Good books too! The host was super friendly and kind enough to forgive us the hour-long delay. I would definitely return.

Could have used a hairdryer but that's the only thing I could think of! It's a train ride from the centre so if you arrive late, there aren't any shops open around.

The host is super nice, bed is is very comfy, the facilities and equipments are everything you need. The area is very silence, having a garden is a nice feeling.

It would be nice to have darker curtains but that is not a big deal.

Good location, close to communication with the rest of the city; Place is suitable both for private getaway and remote work (we did both): silent neighborhood, stable wifi coverage, covered patio, and all the amenities needed for everyday life incl. a table suitable for work which is not often the case :)

No real downsides for my standard, as we didn't encounter any problems and the place was clean, well-equipped and accessible

Quietness and cleanliness

Inside renovated and fully set up apartment.🏡 Bedsheets, towels, hairdryer, shower gel, glasses, plates, spoons, forks, pans, oven, tea, coffee, sugar... you just need to go there and enjoy the peace. Calm and silent place. Downtown is 20min walk or reachable by a simple tram. Hosts are super kind and have good English, easy to connect anytime.

Our stay in Dragonfly apartment was over above our expectation. Very cosy, clean, smart equiped - everything was great. I appreciate possibility of parking. Very nice location with many tram stops around, going directly to city center. The owner Gabi is really sweet and kind person - communication was perfect. Please do not hesitate to book it, you will definitely get what you paid and even more :-)
