Очень крутой отель, огромнейшие номера с высокими потолками, удобная парковка, в номере есть все необходимое, и все качественное, остались очень довольны проживанием. Ресепшен работает очень быстро.

Clean and modern

I called beforehand and the receptionist told me that parking is indoors under cover, for 8 EUR per day, which is not the case. Parking is in the facilities, but not indoors and under cover. If I knew this, I would not stay here as I was specifically looking for indoor parking.

The room was very spacious, and the staff?was very nice.

fantastic hotel, pleasant odour in room, elevator and corridors, spacy rooms and comfy beds, no dust whatsoever, nice breakfast and parking spot in a reasonable price. Distance to the center was 26 min on foot, which was a needed small walk that we needed after our 8-hr car trip.

I did not find any negatives during my stay.

We liked the hotel very much: it is small, chic, located in an area of ​​interest to us. The breakfast was to our liking: not very diverse, but with many tasty traditional products. The design, the colors used, both in the hotel room and in the reception area, loooby, restaurant, charmed me. The bed was very comfortable. Last year I visited the sky bar terrace that they opened in the summer. It is a wonderful place, with a beautiful view; a place where you can serve delicious food.

In the morning, the cleaning people were very noisy in the hallway, right next to our room: they talked loudly on the phone and among themselves for quite a long time.

everything was perfect. polite stuff, corridors smelling nice, clean room (trully clean no dust whatsoever), adequate space, great breakfast, parking in a reasonable price.

I am writing to provide some feedback on my recent two-night stay at your hotel while on a business trip. Overall, I found my stay to be okay, with some areas of improvement. Firstly, I would like to compliment the staff at reception, who were very welcoming and helpful in answering my questions about the local area. Additionally, the Junior suite I stayed in was a very nice size with high ceilings, and I appreciated the comfortable and spacious living space. However, I was disappointed to find that the suite room I booked had two single beds pushed together instead of a double bed. This was a drawback for me as it impacted my overall comfort during my stay. Additionally, I found the desk area and coffee station to be quite dusty and required me to clean them myself before use. Regarding the location, the hotel is situated in a quiet area, which was pleasant, but it took me around 30 minutes to walk to the center square of Brno. Although I mainly used Bolt taxis to get around, I did take a tram one day. In summary, I found my stay at The Fairhotel Brno to be an okay experience, nothing great and nothing bad. I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration for any future improvements.
