The stay at this villa was so pleasant, we enjoyed our time there. It was so clean and the The owners are also so helpful.

Arranging good food is little challenging as the villa is located little away from wayanad.

A very good property for a group of friends and if u cook yourself. Rooms are spacious and neat. Good place to drive for the weekend.

They didn't even respond to our calls once we reach there. We had to choose some other hotel in the middle of the night

The Villa is located right at the centre of the ghat before Lakkidi. Right next is a beautiful flowing stream. The villa is spacious & very comfortable. Shaukath, the caretaker actually takes care of your every need. Nice guy.

Towels were not included.. It would have been nice to keep towels too.

Excellent location, little far away from hotels, please make sure to arrange your own internet connection since mobile network is very low and property does not have wifi. If you are looking to completely escape outside world, its a perfect place.

Location, Spacious rooms, Easily accessible.

1 Bedroom did not have Fan. None of the Bathrooms have water heaters in it. On 2nd day of our stay, all the Tap's went dry. When checked with the caretaker, he informed motor has some problem and he will fix it later. We had to leave the property because of this.
