Locația

Nice location next to Peles Castle. We had a room upgrade and got an apartment on arrival, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was available and the rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and cozy and warm. I recommend it for a short stay near Peles, although right across it there's also a bus station that leads downtown.

There were some small details which disappointed us especially since it's a 4 star place and we received the more expensive suite. There were small stains on the curtains, on a table, and the sheets had a little hole in it. There was only 1 bathrobe and 1 pair of slippers available when we arrived. The shower had an issue with the water flow and there was only 1 available toilettry set. Since the apartament was clearley for 2 people, it was a bit weird and dissapointing that there was no care given to detail. Considering it's a historical hotel, I don't expect it to be pristine, but these details would be easyily fixed. Some ammenities could be improved as now it seems like a good hotel that was a little too used but not renovated/ properly taken care of.

Recomand cu entuziasm acest colț de rai pentru cei ce doresc să îmbine eleganța cu ospitalitatea autentică.

Sometimes the water pressure was low and the water was a little bit cold . Although the stuff was very friendly, there were very few.
