Este un hotel care merita 5 stele.Este curat,personal extrem de amabil,mic dejun impecabil.Am fost,aici,cu nepoțelul meu de 5 ani,care s-a bucurat, mult, de piscina.

Nu am ceva de reproșat.

Great location, parking, breakfast.

We have been staying here once or twice a year for 5 years, but this was definitely the last time. We booked our stay in May, the usual rooms, two Standard Double Room - North View with Balcony & Spa access, for us and a relative, so 2 months in advance as we are busy people and wanted to make sure we secure our vacation. We booked at a high price and didn't re-check the booking until the whole sum was paid in advance. We were still in the period when we could cancel for free and recover our money when I noticed the type of the room had suddenly become "Standard Double Room - North View with Balcony & Spa access, without air conditioning". I messaged the hotel via Booking, no answer. I emailed via Booking to clarify this for us (especially since the price we had just paid was more than their offer at that time). No answer. I emailed to their hotel marketing department, and while debating with my husband what to do if they delay answering and the free cancelation expires, we made up our minds, canceled and re-booked at a lower price 2 rooms with AC. They answered our email with no explanation except that WE had booked rooms without AC. We have been staying there for years, on both sides of the hotel, north and south, all the rooms had AC until now; they actually have the same built-in air system, with temperature controls in the rooms. They continued to deny this even at check-out when we talked to the receptionist. It is outrageous that a hotel which boasts such a high score and where we really felt welcome for years, treats customers as if they're dumb. To make our stay even 'nicer' their salt water pool had some sort of malfunction and couldn't be used. I don't know if half of the hotel has a problem with the AC system or if they are lowering their expenses, it's unimportant. What counted for us was their dismissive attitude and lack of transparency and respect for returning customers.

Morgenmaden var fint med stor udvalg.

Værelset var ikke indrettet som en 4 stjerner, men snarere en 3 stjerner pga. en del upraktiske ting: manglende stik kontakt ved sengebordet, lampe afbryderen lå helt under sengebordet og man skulle næsten kravle under for at tænde og slukke for lyset. Jeg havde brug for et strygejern ved receptionen og skulle spørge 2 gange, før jeg en. I første omgang glemte hun mit værelsets nummer. Da jeg endelig fik den efter et par timer (jeg fik hellere ikke strygebræt med det), ringer de efter kun en time og spørger mig, hvis jeg er færdig med den. Latterlig! Har aldrig oplevet det på en 4 stjerner hotel. Deres forklaring var, at de havde kun 5 strygejern i hele hotellet!!! En del af spaens faciliteter virkede ikke optimalt: den ene jacuzzi var i stykker og den stor bassins vand var alt for kold.

Produsele de la duș de slaba calitate mia făcut parul sărma cu toate ca au conditioner Halatele prea groase și grele Cu toate astea am dat un 10

Excelent

Am calatorit cu auto electric; a fost foarte greu de clarificat cum se procedeaza la conectarea statiei; personalul de la receptie nu cunoaste detalii.

Everything was excellent !

Great facilities, especially the SPA. Amazing view to the mountains and the city. Well located to avoid the noise from the main road, and the various restaurants in Sinaia, some with loud music until late. However, only a short and pleasant walk away from all the interesting spots in Sinaia.

The ambience at breakfast - too loud relaxing music and some staff had bad odour.

Good breakfast, clean room, good spa, good food at Tirol Restaurant, friendly staff
