great location easy access to shopping, bars and food areas, apartment very comfortable clean and modern with the added benefit of the hottub, highly recommended for couples. Met the owner who pleasant and very helpful, having not been to the the recommendations for eating drinking walking etc were well received.

could be a little noisy at times, ambulance sirens multiple time throughout the day and night.

Location and Hot tub were great additions the bedrooms were comfortable with the new beds and good having two showers.

The Kitchen could do with a few more facilities - Knives/Chopping boards (if you are planning to cook in the apartment). also not a fan of Plastic 'glasses' and on the Balcony the outdoor seating was tired and could do with updating - Bench (pub bench) and 2 seats

The apartment was amazing and was set up perfect for our arrival! The hot tub was great as well!! Also the location was great only a short walk from the town.

Very comfortable and well-appointed apartment. Rooftop jacuzzi added to overall ambience of comfort and style in a convenient location with the added benefit of secure, on site parking.

A minor quibble only. The under counter larder fridge was awkward to reach, and there was no facility for ice making despite the presence of an ice bucket for the very nice complimentary bottle of prosecco!

The property was just as expected, nice and spacious, clean and comfortable. Hot tub was an obvious bonus.

It's so comfort and close to the city. The hot tub is such a lovely feature. It is really clean and we all felt safe. The man who owns it is really helpful and really lovely. We would defo come back to stay. Many thanks

Great central location to walk into Cheltenham and to drive out and explore the Cotswolds. Bed was super comfy, great facilities in the apartment and hot tub was perfect. Sandip was very helpful and responded to any messages quickly.

Could be improved with a table and chairs or seating outside as the balcony is a sun trap. Noise from the other apartments which I appreciate can’t be helped but made it feel less private.

The apartment was immaculate. There was 2 walk in showers that were first class. We had lovely weather and that made soaking in the hot tub nice. Location was central and such a lovely choice of boutique italian coffee shops and take out choices like the yummy turtle. Lovely extra touches in bedrooms and bathrooms of led lit mirrors and one above the dressing table in the master bedroom. Loved the robes supplied to relax during your stay. We also told the owner we were celebrating a birthday and he kindly arranged balloons and prosecco. Lovely little touches. Maybe a dispenser could be added in the showers with complimentary shower gel to add to the extra touches of this apartment. Free allocated parking was a great touch too

The bed was a great size but the mattress felt extremely soft and lumpy and we both woke on both nights with a very sore back. Additionally and something we would not have known before booking was there were extensive roadworks directly outside the apartment so whether you were in the hot tub or relaxing and watching a movie the noise in the day was very loud and distracting. There is no freezer in the fridge which would be good to chill drinks quickly. There was no outside table or sun loungers which i know the owner is aware of and ordering
