Location and view great!!! Lots to do in that area

Better basic amenities. Bath towels you have to get at the front desk, no iron in room, you have to gather trash and towels and but them in front of shoe rack. They charge $35,000 won for extra pillow; only one pillow per person on bed and we know all hotel pillows suck so to charge for extra pillow nope!!!

The sliding door to the bedroom did not close? Either poor design or bad snagging on completion. There wasn’t anywhere you could hang the towels. Easy to solve. Vinyl slippers where not very PC / in terms of recycling. Am hoping that on the next visit you might have sorted out the reception area which for the money was a mess compared to our Hotel in Daejon

it was close to the beach.

everything. there was construction happening and when we were on the way to our rooms, the place looked basically abandoned. very old. DIRTY. and the manager was not willing to give me a refund even though we did not stay. I would not recommend anyone stay here.

The view is spectacular. Overall it’s a nice space to stay.

Staff did not speak English at all :( we have translation app but communication was hard in general.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect just in front of the beach. There are lots of restaurants around.

the hallway smelled stale. there is absolutely no air circulation in the common area. the carpets are full of stains. they seemed not being cleaned for years.

We did not eat the breakfast, it was more expensive than the coffee shop on the corner.

No provided bath towels. They only provided small hand towels. Did not expect to have to request bath sized towels and was then told we would have to purchase our own at the convenience store? We felt like the added cost for extra pool tickets and towels was an example of less than good service. There were no dishes in the kitchenette except for coffee cups. Also, we did not get a good explanation for the requirement to wear a hat in the pool? Baseball caps do nothing to keep hair controlled as they come off as soon as submerged. The caps that we also had to we pay extra for were inadequate to put all hair into anyway and came off as soon as head was submerged. Just seemed the hotel wanted to make extra money.

The price is cheaper than other hotel with ocean view.

Facilities nice except swimming. Elevator has to use 2 times . It’s complicated Once to 4th floor and transfer to another elevator to go to the other floor.

everything was good except the hotel should give us more information that swimming pool it not free p

really spacious

there was nothing I didn’t like but you have to take 2 different elevators to get to you room, but that’s not the end of the world

shared with other properties. room was next to a smoker and the hotel couldn’t do anything since the other room was a different property.
