One certain housekeeper was exceptional I don't know her name

Even though smittys attAtched to hotel and in hotel it says room service smittys would not deliver cEspecially for people who have walking issues

The room was small. The toilet didn't work when we arrived maintenance had to fix it twice. The water in the pool was really murky and had a whole lot of dirt settled at the bottom of the pool u could clearly see. Wee didn't use the pool. Just the waterside which has its own little pool to drop I to.. our room wasn't that clean the chair was so disgusting there was no way any of us was sitting in it.. seriously it should have been thrown out a long time ago. Walls had greasy hand prints on them . One couple found a chocroach on the wall in there room.. we didn't find any bugs we looked.. Continental breakfast wasn't good at all.. no selection and really crowded.. we left and went and bought breakfast instead somewhere else. Very clear that they have many residents that are just living in the hotel and use the front doors and entry area as a hang out. We won't be staying here again..

The pools for the kids

Pool and gyms are provided which is a plus. Breakfast could be better, more fresh items.

The breakfast line was too long. Small room, which makes it hard to move around when it's full of people.

The breakfast was ok. There is a waffle maker, but everything else is cold. I read in other reveiws about the sketchy people who hang around, and there is people who hang around. But we said hi to them and they were quite friendly!

The hotel was great and the kids loved it. I booked through booking a family room and one extra room. We did not get a family room at all! I am not sure if they even have family rooms, I didn't complain because i didn't book through the hotel.

my daughter loved the water slide and the places i went it was near to the hotel.

i didnt like the bathroom especially the toilet seat it was damaged. it need to be changed

The air conditioner didn't work so it was 78 in our room.I asked the front desk for more towels for the pool she said she would contact someone and have some brought to the pool . They never arrived so we had to walk to our room soaking wet

Swimming pool and hot tub. Proximity to the mall.

Miscommunication that led to me having to pay extra money because either the staff I spoke to doesn’t understand English or they just lie to get people in!

I really enjoy the location of the property , the hot tub and water slide and comfortable bed.

It didn’t feel totally clean.

The air conditioning hardly worked. The room was small humid and stuffy. The cleaning was not great. The staff at the attached restaurant were incredibly rude, the staff at the hotel were very short, not friendly and not approachable. The photos on Booking.com were not current, there was no outdoor furniture. They allow pets, which is great for lots of people, but I wish it was advertised, as myself and my kids are allergic so we were sick the whole time we were there. The pool was ok, just old, dirty and run down like the whole hotel. It's really in need of an update and update the photos so they're accurate as well. The photos were basically false advertising. For what we got, the stay was well overpriced.

Booked queen room got to hotel 11:30pm couldn’t get room til 12:30amthey didn’t queen room 2 beds gave us king room and pull out soafa. Didn’t want to stay the second night but they staff said they would give 2nd night free on check out I paid for 2 nights as they said they don’t know what night staff told us the room was discusting dirty horrible

The room was not clean and I shouldn’t have stayed there

The Mattress had a huge dip in it. I slept in a hole. If you're using memory foam mattresses, I think the memory is too long... It remembered the big guy that used it before me. You should change the mattress.

There were crack heads hanging out in the main lobby while trying to check into the hotel. Not a very nice feeling when they're passing out in the chairs. There was also 2 junkies outside hanging out by the ashtray. Super uneasy and dirty

poor security, vehicle was broken into.

Homeless people hanging around the property doing drugs. Security lock on my door was broken off. Didnt feel safe there with my kids.

Bed was comfy and staff friendly.

The toilet seat had only 1 volt, so the seat would move. .homeless guy was sleeping in a chair in the loddy at 4:45 am.
