Great revamp on an older hotel. The pizza i had in the restaurant was amazing & delicious.

Restaurant/lounge hours were inadequate

I called the hotel via the ph number you provided on the listing, i was unable to contact anyone for 3 hours, as the number you gave was for the chain, and the coast hotel chain no longer looks after this facility... aparently its been bought out by radisson. I opened the room door, there was 17 pizza menu's under the door, that tells me nobody has checked that room in months ! The towels were dirt stained,, bedding is stained yellow, carpets are horribly filthy, ceiling and walls have brown dripp parks looks like human body decomposition from the room above, exterior of building has shitty signage, infact none at all, dark lighting in parking lot, definitely a 1970s trap house with some lipstick. The restaurant was empty. I ordered a pizza that was undercooked, and I ended up with food poisoning. I took the pizza back to room, and put it in fridge, I decided to open the freezer portion to have a look and the frost buildup was rotten black !

Paid for full kitchen suite... No table to sit at, Zero cutlery or dishes, all empty cabinets. Pool was freezing

Sink is clogged. Place a bit untidy.

Location is good.

Clean better, too smells bad, housekeeping staff needs to have more training. They came into the room to clean even we put a no disturbing sign on the room and also knocked on the door around 9 to ask us when will us be leaving even though the check out time is 12pm.

Breakfast and underground parking were good. Staff friendly.

The room I paid premium price for was across from the elevator and next to conference room which had a seminar at 7 am With doors open was very noisy.
