The location was wonderful, lots of restaurants right on the intercoastal. I absolutely loved the blackout curtains! And it was exceptionally clean. The place could use some updating. But if you don't mind overlooking a few things it was quite nice.

Because it was on the intercoastal there are a lot of noisy boats going by which is to be expected. But it is also close to the Pompano Beach airport which flies overhead so there's also a lot of air traffic. But in the evenings it was nice and quiet. Once I was woken up at 4:30 in the morning by the fella above me walking not very quietly around.

Beautiful location right on the Intercoastal. Spotlessly clean and very well cared for facilities. Our studio was comfortable and well appointed. We will definitely stay again.

That my son was able to do his first week post operation after surgery safely.

We were there because of my son having surgery. The air conditioning did not work the first two days and then when it did cool it was only marginal. The manager did come when called but we were basically told it was an older building and nothing could be done.. In the afternoons it would be over 82 degrees in the unit. I also felt the pictures taken to advertise the unit were misleading. It was made to look like we would have a balcony and step area overlooking the pool area. The pool unit we were overlooking was the condo next door and the balcony was on the total otherside of the unit and overlooked the parking lot. There was also supposed to be a recliner in the unit and a dining table of regular height. There was also supposed to be a king size bed, since it was only a queen and I was worried about the movement hurting my son, I had to sleep on the sofa. The furniture had been updated which made the unit prettier but we were there for function and I chose the unit based on what was advertised. I thought being there for a week taking care of my son after his procedure I would: 1) have a balcony with a table outside with an umbrella overlooking the pool and water way so while having to be there all week, I could sit outside to watch the boats and pool but still be immediately available to my son. 2) the table, again I was working while caring for my son and not having a table of normal height where i could sit and have my feet touch the floor instead of a tall stool where i could only put my feet on a rung...I'm 5'10 too btw. It was very inconvenient. 3) no recliner...my son needed it to sleep and rest in because his surgeon said this would be the best way for him to rest...partially upright but there was no recliner. 4) smaller bed, any movement was painful for my son so I could not sleep in the bed with him. Thus the sofa is where I did everything. 5) The ac...this made everything harder because we were hot. This made it harder for both of us to rest.

Everything was perfect. Great location, comfortable beds, great communication with the owners, clean property, beautiful place! We were happy to see that beach chairs, umbrella and beach/pool towels were provided. We will definitely be staying here again!!

We could only stay a week.

We loved the view of the riverside and the pool. It was nice to lounge and watch the boats go by. We also loved how short of a walk it was to the beach and other places.

The place could have been cleaner. The fans in the room and bathroom were filled with dust and the grout of the tiles were filthy. The televisions barely worked neither did the wifi.

The location was Great walking distance to the pier and many restaurants.

They could have cut the grass
