The distance to the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool. I actually enjoyed the overall experience!

Pool Area was really nice , breakfast was decent and the view from the room was great, breakfast lady was so sweet and kind

A lot of renovation going on, extra fees when you arrive to check in, noise early in the morning , tv was left on super loud in room next door that no one was occupying, have to pay for overnight parking at the hotel you already paid for

The proximity to the beach. The options to eat were plentiful! The room was clean and got cleaned everyday. Very helpful staff

The building was being renovated so they were disrupting entrance.

Always love, love the scenery, Tiki Bar and the rooms are a great value for the price

Check out is at 11. By 11:13 3 ppl had knocked on the door. They were very pushy. We were going to stay at the pool after check out and order lunch but that made me just want to leave.

I paid for the stay on booking.com it said paid in full pay nothing at the hotel I was a thousand miles away and my guest that I paid for through booking.com could not get into the hotel room because they asked for a $50 deposit for incidentals they would not accept my credit card over the phone they were rude 3 hours trying to deal with it my guest that lost their purse at the airport had to stay outside in pompano Beach Florida because they wanted $50 incidentals they wanted my credit card but I was a thousand miles away they would not work with me very disappointed and like I said in the booking.com and where I paid in full said pay nothing at the hotel very very disappointed
