What I liked about the property was the location and views. it is very well maintained for an older building.

What I didn’t like it could have had more umbrellas by the pool deck.

No breakfast served, Loved everything about this property, The receptionist Sandra was awesome, definitely plan to go back

The location of this property is perfect. right on the intercostal with views facing the water depending on which room you are in. A short walk to the beach and pier too which was very convenient!

We stayed for a week in March with our three children 12, 9, and 6 for vacation. Unfortunately, most of the patrons were not in favor of children making noise or being present all together. We were constantly told to be quiet, even when they were in the pool having fun. There was even an explosive conversation to another mother about controlling our childrens behavior when they swam. There are community grills which are nice. Yet when I went to use one, I was questioned from another patron about it which made me uncomfortable and not want to use it again On our last day, the manager asked when our flight was and told us to leave. She told us to go somewhere shopping until our late flight. She mentioned that the summer is a better time to stay with kids. Overall, my experience as a family at Aqua Mar was not good. The location is perfect and the cleaning staff if kind but the patrons who are there were not friendly towards families of young children during my stay.

A gem of a property. Clean, comfortable, very well equipped and an amazing location on the causeway and close enough to walk to bars, restaurants and the beach. The manager was helpful and friendly.

The view of the intracoastal was amazing! I watched the boats go by daily without having to leave my condo. The beach was less than a mile which was great too. The apartment condo itself was satisfactory to my needs. There was an issue with my original unit and I had to be moved to another unit however, the manager was quick to respond and address it which I greatly appreciated. I even ended up staying an extra week.

I wish there was an on site restaurant and the iguana creep me out as they were visible outside. But that was more about the location and surrounding of the condo and my fear of lizards 🦎.

Could use more kitchen utensils for cooking

My unit was modern, clean and well appointed. Fantastic view of the intercoastal. 2 blocks away from Pompano Beach. Within walking distance of Houston's restaurant and not far from a Publix. I appreciated Sandra accommodating my check in request.

Entry door was sometimes hard to open. Not a lot of restaurants in the area from what I saw.

Location is amazing and opening the front door to see the beautiful boats and yachts drive by was a plus. The pool was nice also.

We had a wonderful stay. The manager Sandra was helpful and polite. The Maintenance Man John and his wife Nicole are incredibly friendly. And our cleaning lady and her husband did a wonderful job

Honestly, there was nothing that I could have asked for.

Quiet place. Very comfortable with all amenities to get relaxed. In addition, It is very close to the beach. Cleaning people are very kind and helpful.

Everything was good although could be great to have a laundry self service.
