The only thing we didn’t like was the TV in our room that sometimes worked sometimes didn’t in spite of their efforts to repair it!

The elderly owners are lovely,they try very hard.My first room was next to the cafeteria,7th floor,incredibly noisy,but I was moved.can walk to beach,water is warm,clear,clean but a disgusting amount of litter on beach,bad add I have ever seen.Can walk to nightmarket,worth a lo o k but expensive.Hotel is new and clean,breakfast is good.Its at the top.of a very steep hill,I have a heart conditio ,it was a battle.to climb it.a nice place to s t ay

Excellent hospitality

Great location.

First, no one speaks English, which makes communication more limited. At check in, it took 4 attempts to get me the room I actually booked (the first 3 were simply smaller rooms, or without a window [although ordered sea view], and a couple contrary to the specific request I had for a room not near the elevator). Although the location is in a relatively quiet street, the noise inside the hotel was hard to bear. Sounds of people in the corridor 1 floor below my floor sounded as if they were just outside my door, When it was for almost 30 minutes around midnight, it made it impossible to sleep. Also, there were often loud sounds of moving furniture above my head. Breakfast was not a good experience. When I got to the dining room (which is on the 7th floor), even though it was only 8 am, the room looked messy, some of the options were already out, and it was just unpleasant (maybe it was after that noisy family passed there just before).

Hotel prefers cash payment instead of credit card. Check in was slow due to language barrier (staff do not speak English). No secure bag storage if you need to check out late

Not really much good to say about this place, maybe the fact that the staff was friendly.

The rooms are very small, not particularly clean and no window to the outside. The bathroom was poorly maintained, water from the shower didn't drain properly and flood half the room, the door to the shower was very squeaky and seemed about to break any moment.

It's convenient to get to the beach and to catch Vin bus (to Safari & Vinwonders) from Sen Hotel.

The room turns out to be smaller than I expected.

Breakfast has been accepted. Air Con was cold enough. Shower hot water accepted.
