A peaceful oasis centrally located to explore the beauty of Hoi An. The breakfast was great with many choices. The pool was a welcome space after a day sightseeing. We had a large terrace at the rear of the property.

Die Lage ist einfach super, wir konnten zentral alles zu Fuß erreichen, und für die Strandbesuche haben wir uns ein Fahrrad ausgeliehen. Da wir schon einmal in Hoi An waren, haben wir keine Touren gebucht, aber auch das wäre dort möglich. Die Zimmer (erst hatten wir Deluxe DZ, dann Familienzimmer) sind sehr geräumig. Das Frühstück war für Vietnamesische Verhältnisse wirklich gut. Immerhin konnte man sich am Buffet selbst bedienen ;-)

Die Sauberkeit und auch die Ausstattung könnte verbessert werden. Hätten wir gewusst wie das Familienzimmer ist wären wir lieber im DZ Deluxe geblieben. Das Familienzimmer das wir hatten muss dringend renoviert werden und auch die Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können.

Great central location but a few streets back so very quiet - even on NYE we could sleep early without hearing the parties. The bed was very comfortable, the balcony was nice touch and felt the room was spacious. Above all the staff were the best, really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good though we only tried once as preferred to venture to find our daily Banh Mi as part of our travel list. I highly recommend and would stay again.

To be fair everything was great. I’d stay again.

Great sumptuous breakfast with choice of fruit, cereal, eggs, bread and local food. The location could nit be better. Few steps from the Riverfront on one side, and from the night market on the other side The bedheads had reading lights on both sides, and the ceiling lights could be switched off from the bedside switches too.

This hotel is a great choice when staying in Hoi An. It’s a very comfortable hotel and very well located in the centre but far enough away from the bar/restaurant strip nearby. Breakfast is as very tasty with good choices. Staff were very helpful. I’d choose this hotel again when we come back to Hoi A which my favourite place from our trip to Vietnam.

Great location, just behind the night market street and where all the bars are. Was fun to walk through it nightly! Rooms were comfortable and we had a balcony room facing the river- really nice to overlook the quieter side of Hoi An. The front of house staff were also very nice, helped us book a car to Da Nang and breakfast also great!

The rooms were a little dark at night- there are very few lights available so sometimes difficult to see but not bad!

Wir kamen am frühen Vormittag nach einer Nachtbus-Fahrt an - da unser Zimmer noch bis nach dem Mittag besetzt war, durften wir uns in der Pool-Dusche auffrischen, was uns sehr zuvor kam! Bei unserer Ankunft bekamen wir tolle Angebote für Touren und Shows, die sehr lohnenswert waren. Insbesondere die Aktobatil-Show "Teh Dar" im Luna Center ist späktakulär! Die Lobby und das Zimmer sind sehr schön, das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Die Lage ist optimal - sehr zentral und doch ruhig.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English. They helped us organise a scooter and theatre tickets. We stayed an extra couple of nights as it was nice and quiet and convenient to get to everywhere we needed to.

The bath drains onto the bathroom floor (as it’s a wet room) so you have wet feet when you go into the bathroom for the rest of the day.

This is a lovely hotel close to all the sites in Hoi An. The staff are very attentive. The breakfast was lovely.

The hot water was a problem. It would sometimes cut out. On the last morning my wife had a cold shower. (Things happen on vacation)

We stumbled upon this place while looking for nice affordable accomodation near Hoi An old town. We saw hundreds of positive reviews not only on booking.com but other sites as well so we booked this place thinking it was a bargain. We booked the villa with river view for 4 nights(Room 401), we were under the impression we were getting a shower and a bath seperate to each other. This was not the case, our bathroom had a bathtub that could also be used as a shower. The bathroom as we walked in looked clean and modern. The closer we looked however we found there were some issues that we feel have been overlooked in previous reviews. For one the bath wasn’t secured to the floor and didn’t have a proper drainage system, so when we were showering the bath was rocking back and forth which felt unsafe. The biggest issue of all was the lack of a shower curtain/screen to prevent the water from flooding the rest of the bathroom and creating a dangerous slipping hazard (see attached photos for reference). We talked to the hotel staff they were apologetic and said someone would come in and fix it while we were out, only to find that when we got back it was not fixed like they said it was. Because we were worried about the safety of the bathroom being a slipping hazard we decided to move rooms, the only room they had available for us was one at a lower standard than what we had paid for. We were given compensation for the inconvenience caused after they grudgingly agreed to cover our transfer costs to and from the airport. The whole situation ultimately left a bad taste in our mouth. Aside from this there were other small things that don’t seem to be mentioned in the overwhelming amount of positive reviews, the wall was crumbling slightly, there were ants all over the room and there was barely any lighting as it got darker outside. We were relying on lamps for light. On a more positive note the location was beyond amazing.

The property looks gorgeous, rooms were sparking clean, beds were really comfortable and breakfast was fantastic too. The personnel were also very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We were sad to leave this hotel but glad it was our last little cozy stop before returning home. The location is also fantastic close to great restaurants, night markets, but with the calm at night to just relax and have a good night sleep. They also have amazing recommendations for tailors and tours. Would definitely go back!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und wirklich sehr interessiert daran dass man einen schönen Aufenthalt hat. Das Frühstück ist für asiatische Verhältnisse gut. Die Lage ist hervorragend um die Altstadt von Hoi An zu erkunden. Auch der Strand ist mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen.

Leider gibt es in dem Haus ein Problem mit Feuchtigkeit. Im Zimmer roch es etwas modrig, und der Geruch verschwand auch erst nachdem länger gelüftet wurde und die Klimaanlage lief. Im Bad war leider auch Schimmel an der Decke. Es würde mich aber nicht abhalten die Unterkunft nochmal zu buchen. Für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Nächten ist es in Ordnung.

Preciosa casita en el centro de Hoi An, ubicada a escasos minutos caminando del Old Town, y al lado del Night Market, pero en una zona muy tranquila, perfecta para desconectar. Las dueñas son realmente amables, te reciben con una sonrisa y tratan de ayudarte en todo! Ofrecen todos los servicios que puedas necesitar para que tu estancia sea perfecta. La habitación súper amplia, luminosa y con una cama muy grande! Además podrás refrescarte en la preciosa piscina que tienen en la planta de la recepción, ideal para los días de más calor. Cuentan con un estupendo desayuno, muy variado y con producto elaborados por ellos mismos. Sin duda un 10!!!
