Expansive and spacious apartment within Georgian townhouse.
Perfettamente adatto a famiglie e gruppi che visitano la città. Situato in una posizione centrale al centro della città. Parcheggio privato gratuito proprio fuori, murales Bogside e mura storiche della città, tutti a meno di 15 minuti a piedi. Posizione perfetta per farti godere durante la tua visita alla nostra città.
L'appartamento è un moderno spazio recentemente ristrutturato che può ospitare comodamente 5 persone ed è in una posizione centrale a breve distanza dal centro della città che lo rende una base ideale per esplorare tutte le parti della città e le aree circostanti. Il parcheggio privato gratuito è disponibile nella parte anteriore della struttura.

We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely apartment.Spotless,spacious and very comfortable apartment.Helpful and friendly host with all communications being quick and positive.Highly recommend!

This apartment is cosy and nicely designed. Everything was clean and as described. The communication with Paul was swift and helpful. The Check-In went well, even though the apartment had been freshly carpeted on the very day.
The only thing I would like to mention is that the apartment is in the basement and the house above is also for rent. The house is unfortunately not very soundproof, so we could hear the people walking above us. That is common in older buildings, I'm aware, but if someone is sound sensitive they should consider it.

This apartment is cosy and nicely designed. Everything was clean and as described. The communication with Paul was swift and helpful. The Check-In went well, even though the apartment had been freshly carpeted on the very day.

Our experience was top of the line and we highly recommend this perfect location from couples to families. The city is right at your door. A 5 to 10 minute walk gets you to the best pubs and historical sites you could imagine. Value for money as well! I cant say enough about this place! You wont regret booking it!
