Excellent big beach house, over the road from the park and beach. Large house with plenty of space and big kitchen

A few maintenance issues which were reported to reception who welcomed the feedback.

Large beautiful home with space for everyone. Modern and functional layout which was very quiet and private.

general location far enough away from bars restaurants so you couldn't hear them or get stuck in the constant traffic jam in the one way system, but close enough to walk there in 10minutes which we did, hearing the surf in the background was very pleasant too, on the whole a well kept property with an excellent view of the sea

the cleaning was hit n miss, for example the bathrooms and linen, towels etc were spotless, on the other side the bbq was disgusting, with a heavy layer of burnt fat and food which as its warm and wet had grown into a layer of mound, in the kitchen ( upstairs we didn't even go in the downstairs one ) the sink on the left has a stainless drainer over it when removed there were bits of slimy food in the sink, the fridge door seals were mouldy, there was red brown splash marks down the wall below the switches in the lounge like a drink had been splashed on it, we cleaned all these with the exception of the fridge door seals

Everything was nice

No pool

Location. Spacious. Well equipped

Not the cleanest.

Maybe bit exspensive if you didn’t have enough people but that was all
