This property was better than advertised. Dana was attentive and super responsive as well as accommodating. The property was clean and it had literally everything we needed. Easy access to the beach, amazing balcony views and convient nearby shopping. Check in was easy as the instructions were carefully laid out. Would 100% Stay again

Everything was very smooth with Dana from beginning to end. The condo was well kept and very clean. The views from the balconies were absolutely beautiful and the best we have seen at sunrise and sunset.

Clean, bright, cheerful unit (1905) . Dana (property manager) was easy to reach the couple of times needed. A lovely home away from home! Ideal for responsible adult guests.

Renting was an easy process and the owner of the property was great. The security/check in could have been better. The security officers at the front desk didn't communicate that well and confused us with the instructions we were already given to check in.

The property was nice but the kitchen was a bit outdated and my son complained that the upstairs bedroom had terrible air conditioning ad the room was always warm!! Other than that , it was okay!!

This is our second year renting this property. We love it! Excellent location, very clean, and had great communication with the host!! We hope to be back next year!!

Had a wonderful long weekend and enjoyed relaxing in the condo. The weather was crummy, but we appreciated the comfortable couch, the lovely Christmas tree, and the well appointed kitchen.

Enjoyed our stay on the beach for Thanksgiving. Great condo!

My friend & I spent 3 nights in this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 level condo. The beds were comfortable. The home was clean. It was very peaceful & quiet. The ocean view from the 19th floor did not disappoint! Got to see the sunrise from the one balcony and the sunset from the other balcony. The kitchen was well equipped. Dana was very responsive to all my questions and needs during our stay. Having the locker downstairs with beach chairs was great. I would highly recommend this condo. Lots of wonderful memories made!

Very nice condo with excellent views

The condo was well-furnished and clean with beautiful views. It was also very quiet. We never heard the neighbors once. The building is in a good central location convenient to food and activities. We walked the beach every day. At night our favorite thing to do was to sit on the balcony, relax, and listen to the waves. Dana was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Thank you, Dana, for a lovely week!

Very relaxing!

My daughter, granddaughter and i spent four delightful days in this condo. It was indeed as described in promo and the location was amazing. I have to admit that I spent an appreciable amount of time on the little porch, watching the waves take away the worries of the world. The condo is SO well-maintained and decorated tastefully in a mermaid/ocean theme. There were jigsaw puzzles for the one rainy day and a case of bottled water in the frig. Thank you, hosts, for making this vacation spot available to us.

Had a great stay at this condo on the beach. Very comfortable beds and wonderful ocean views. Would definitely stay again.

The condo is beautiful. It was clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. You cannot beat the location! Walk right outside and you’re on the beach. We also really enjoyed the pool. Building staff were also super nice. Thanks, Dana & Ken! We’ll definitely be back!

Successful beach getaway! The condo was great, better than the photos. Spacious and clean. Good location to the beach and bus system was easy to use. The only thing I could say negative is the beach elevator was slow due to the time of year. Obviously, no fault of the condo just the nature of the summer season. 19 floors is a bit to walk!

We had a nice relaxing time. If only I could control the weather. The property was great. The decor of where we stay was gorgeous. Have a great vacation!!!

Had a wonderful stay at this property! Instructions for check-in, pool access, and locker access were easy to follow. Loved having the beach locker for storing beach items. Gorgeous views, nice amenities, we will definitely be back!

Very comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay in your condo, the decor was nicer than the pictures, the space was comfortable for our family of 6. The view were great and location to restaurant and things to do were convenient. My only suggestion is not turning off a/c In the summer between bookings, first impressions are a lot and having to bring things up the stairs in 80 plus degrees, the a/c does not cool the place quickly, the thermostat must take the downstairs temperature because the upstairs was always hot and the downstairs rather cool, the fans were helpful when sleeping upstairs.

Everything about our stay was Wonderful! Communications with Dana were outstanding! Anytime, day or night, she responded to any inquiries, always warm, friendly and concise with information. The check-in process was welcoming and seamless. The condo is warm and inviting, with most everything you will need, and a View you don't want to live without! Literally steps from the beach. I highly recommend staying here.

Condo was very clean. A few things need to be replaced or updated. But all in all a great place. Great location too.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a beach location to escape NYC for a few days and this condo was perfect! Immaculate, steps from the beach, full-service kitchen with everything you can think of, including glasses for any beverage you can think of, and two balconies with incredible sunrise (east balcony) and sunset (west balcony) views. Also, Dana, the property owner, was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions large or small. Already booked my return trip for later in the summer.

Condo was great and the experience in the beach was beyond expectations

The condo was nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the ocean-front balcony and the cozy family room. Very nice!

Communication with the owner was great. He quickly responded to my questions. The unilt was clean and comfortable. The only complaint we had was the unit was advertised as have two bathrooms with tub/shower combinations but it actually only had showers making it difficult for renters with small children. The owner did offer to work with us to find another unit in the building but we decided to stay in his unit because we were already settled in.
