There was little to like, The owner of the property was pleasant and friendly but quite frankly not able to provide accommodation in line with expectations.

This is not a hotel, a bed and breakfast or even a room for travelling people. It was a room in a house that had very little effort made to present it for customers to use. It should be on AirBnB and not on Booking.com. I strongly recommend it is removed from your website as it is not what I expect from Booking.com.
