Hollywood Adjacent, Freeway close to everything
2 camere da letto casa singola famiglia con 2 box auto in un tranquillo angolo residenziale a Glendale. Murato nel cortile sul retro. Lavatrice e asciugatrice in una stanza sicura vicino al garage. 1 bagno completo e un bagno 3/4 (doccia senza vasca). Camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale; 2a camera da letto ha un letto matrimoniale, nuovo divano letto nel soggiorno è un pieno. C'è un piccolo secondo divano a ouch che va bene per un bambino più giovane. Sala da pranzo separata La cucina è dotata di lavastoviglie, fornelli, frigorifero standard, microonde e piccola area tavolo.
Eccellente per le vacanze a LA. È raggiungibile a piedi dalla parte del Griffith Park nella Valle, ma è una passeggiata allo zoo o alle scuderie equestri, ma sarebbe solo a un paio di minuti di auto.
Per intrattenere le persone, è a pochi passi da Dreamworks e dagli studi Disney di Glendale.
Per i venditori, è una superstrada vicina agli Universal Studios e Hollywood (eccetto per i fine settimana, guidare attraverso Griffith Park può essere il modo migliore per arrivare a Hollywood, ma i poliziotti controllano la velocità!)
Disneyland, Magic Mountain e Knott's Berry Farm sono solo a breve distanza in auto lungo la superstrada 5.
C'è un parcheggio su strada oltre al garage e parcheggio carrabile. Così, gli amici possono visitare e trovare facilmente un posto dove parcheggiare.

Love Rick's Place!
I stayed at Rick's house for a couple of months while in town for work. The house was great and Rick was an excellent host. The house is lovely and spacious. It's an older home and so there are some quirks, but it's priced well and in a great area. Rick was great at communicating whenever I needed anything and he even immediately replaced the washing machine after it stopped working properly. I really enjoyed calling this my "home" for a couple of months and hope to return next time I am in LA for work.

Missed the Mark
This place could be such a cute house, if only it was kept up better. From the pictures, description, and prior reviews we thought we were going to be in an older, yet clean house. The house was very dirty and extremely dusty (baseboards covered in dust and huge dust bunnies under couches and beds), and for someone with a dust allergy, this was a major concern. The beds were very old and uncomfortable, with one bed frame literally falling apart during the night because of the poor quality. We rented this place because it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms since we had 4 adults, but the entire time we were there only one toilet worked. We called and left two voicemails, but the owner never responded during the 5 days we were there. Nothing in the house has been updated or cared for, to the point there was food from 2017 in the fridge and pantry. Spider webs were all over the one fully functioning bathroom, and the toilet leaked leaving the corner of the bathroom permanently wet. The location is in a great spot (although the highway noise is very loud at night, but is more white noise than anything) and it is a very safe neighborhood. With some updates in the whole house, and a good cleaning, this could be a wonderful rental!

Fantastic Bungalow - Great Location
We loved staying at this property! They keep it stocked with everything you need and it seems guests just continue to leave things for the next group!! Access to a washer and dryer is always so helpful during a stay and we couldn’t believe there was actually laundry detergent; that was a first in all of my VRBO stays. I’m looking forward to coming back in the future and renting this incredible place again! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Retro Getaway
A lot of floorspace. 2nd bedroom bed a bit hard. Floor in master bedroom sloped, so mattress felt like it was unlevel, but was soft and comfortable. Linens and towels slightly worn. Plenty of dishes and working dishwasher. No dishpan and kitchen sink stopper didn't work. Dug the 70's lamp in the living room.

The property was perfect for our family of six. The home is bigger than the photos show. It was well equipped to cook meals and chill. Would definitely rent this property again. It was a nice location for all our activities.

Great little house in Glendale
Quiet, quaint neighborhood that's close to the freeway and Victory Blvd. Easy parking and probably the cleanest house I've ever rented on Home Away. Would definitely stay again.
Had no issues, but I feel like if I needed something, the owner would have been very responsive as communication was very good including their contact phone numbers.

Great location for our needs.
The house, probably built in the early 1950s, is in good condition and worked well for our family. The owners are wonderful, attentive people who live nearby and responded immediately whenever we ran into a snag. We look forward to staying here again.

We had a great stay - house was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable. We had a little confusion on check in date. Only sharing this to highlight how awesome Rick was in handling the situation. Perfect house in a nice neighborhood away from the crowds but close to everything L.A has to offer.
House was stocked with everything you need . Access to driveway and garage for safe parking . Really close to Americana shopping area with numerous stores, restaurants, sports bars. We were in town for a Lakers game at Staples Center it was a reasonable $15 Uber ride. I'd definitely stay here again next time we're in the area.

Convenient Location
Rick very available to talk/text to. House very accommodative for us 2 couples, and good location for our need- conference, & visiting several LA sites. House appeared as having been minimally cleaned & some unclean dishes left prior to our visit, so that disappointed us. Maybe a cleaning fee would be advisable, or better attention made to house.

Awesome communication and easy check in and out.
The property is in a nice neighborhood. We felt safe the entire stay. Plenty of blankets, towels, etc. Windows and an overall deep clean in window seals would make it absolutely perfect. AC worked and the garage did hold two cars. The home was comfortable and just as described.

Cute house but terrible furniture
Easy process, nice location. Listing mentioned new furniture but not updated photos. Still seemed like old furniture. Couches were VERY uncomfortable and beds not great either. Also lots of dust all over the floor. Still a pleasant stay.

The house was spacious and it felt like I was at home, everything was great, the neighborhood was really quiet and peaceful. I would definitely return for future trips.
