We can't say enough great things about this cabin. We planned a small wedding here based solely on the listing photos and we were not disappointed. The cabin looks just like the photos but it is even more breathtaking in person. This cabin has so much space and comes fully stocked with just about everything you need. We would love to make this an annual family vacation spot!

The cabin and location were perfect. The host was always accessible and helpful.

Loved the house! We were a motorcycle group of 8 motorcycles (12 people). The house was great with lots of room. Very easy for a large group to gather in. The bedrooms were very adequate, and comfortable. Very nice to be able to pull our motorcycles inside the large carport. Large kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes! Beautiful view! Bonus hot tub!!! The area has fantastic roads to ride and see! We would love to come back! Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Beautiful and private location. Leveling back yard to enjoy some yard games. Plenty of rooms inside to accommodate many people comfortably. Pool, Ping Pong, Hot tub. Relax and have fun.

Great property. I would suggest having an exterminator to spray. site of roaches in the basement and the kitchen cabinets. Very large black spider in the basement bathroom so no one wanted to sleep down there. Although we were told about the stove, it was a bit frustrating because even the bottom didnt heat properly. May be time for a new one and also the couch. Please let the house keeper know to move furniture to properly clean. (under couch). Possibly a return cabin

Returned to Jason’s place again for our yearly rafting trip. Raft the Ocoee, tube the Hiwassee, play a little golf and relax. Great central location to our outfitter RaftOne. The new deck addition is great. More room to spread out outside. Home was well appointed as usual. Great kitchen and recreation area in the basement. Pool, cards, ping pong… back again next year!

Our trip was amazing. The house nice and spacious. An abundant supply of everything we needed. The only complaint we had was not having access to a door to the outside from downstairs. It’s a safety hazard in case of emergency. The views were spectacular! Thanks Michelle Morgan

Panoramic Happiness is a beautiful place for people seeking a retreat for their family. We had our family reunion here and it was just what the doctored ordered. The scenery is truly amazing, and we loved the dining, bedrooms and entertainment center. Plenty of room for Ultimate Frisbee in the front yard, and a spot for a family bonfire in the back. Near Ocoee whitewater outfitters—5 out of 5!

This house was truly amazing, the views take your breath away. We had 20 people in the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. We had some bad weather while there but still had an amazing time. It's about 11 minutes from the Tennessee/Georgia border, that has lots of shopping and food. It's about 24 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge. We had so many fun adventures while in the area. I would defiantly recommend this house.

We had a great time! We do a yearly trip with old friends and some family. This has been by far our favorite cabin to stay in since we started this annual cabin trip in 2011! So much indoor and outdoor space! Plenty of bathrooms! All the kitchen equipment you will need. Will stay again!

The cabin was huge! Plenty of room to spread out outside and inside! We really enjoyed the fire pit and all the chairs ! The large open living room area with massive windows of the Mountain View was breathtaking! For the most part everything was well stocked ! We read the other reviews before we left and some things were still the same or not fixed from previous reviews. Such as the downstairs tv in the game room the power stip was not working. The Wii game system wouldn’t hook up! Batteries in remotes were dead. The fireplace downstairs was an issue the remote wouldnt work it so you had to manually turn on and off and it was hit or miss if it would stay on or not! The stove there was only two eyes that worked and the top oven door wouldn’t open! Several light bulbs out all over the property! We had one issue with the hot tub it was in sleep mode and we messenger the owners and they were very quick to respond with troubleshooting and we got it working ! But it wouldn’t be easier if the troubleshooting was already there or accessible. Plenty of pans and pots . Missing cookie sheets there was very few of them or glass pans . The sunroom was great to be inside while still taking in the view. for the price and privacy this was a great place . Despite the few issues we had nothing would stop us from rebooking this place . Owners were great to work with and the house was spotless clean beds were all great and clean and bathrooms were great! .

Other vrbo properties’ online pics look better than reality, but not this one. The property is even nicer than pictures reflect! This property did not disappoint. It is fantastic!

Our stay at Panoramic Happiness was just as it was said to be! The cabin was perfect for our family gathering with lots of room to spread out. Game room was a winner with the ping pong table. The outside area is big enough for any activity you want. The view from the front porch just as pictured. Great place!!

Secluded great for family time

This property met our needs for a family of 17 adults and children. There were 3 levels to spread out, plenty of tables and chairs, and breathtaking views. We had a few problems with getting things to work, like oven, and one tv. The pots and pans need some updating, and the kitchen did not have much for condiments and cooking supplies, so be sure to bring what you need. Overall, we had a wonderful get together. The manager communicates in a timely fashion.

The property had a wonderful view and we enjoyed our annual gathering. We did experience a few issues with the oven and the gas logs but other than that we’re satisfied with the property.

Great time had by all. Huge yard for outdoor games. Playroom and bunk beds for the kids, big kitchen and dining areas with plenty of seating, and great views. Highly recommend.

This vacation rental far exceeded my expectations. I rented it for a women's retreat for my church. From the moment we drove up to the property (yes, we screamed seeing the picturesque view) to stepping into the beautiful home we were all giddy with excitement. The property is very well cared for and had plenty of space to hold our group. The kitchen was well stocked and linens were plentiful. Parking was no problem. The owner was absolutely top-notch as well. Jason responded promptly to any questions- no matter how small and he was courteous and kind which is what really really made our stay so enjoyable. I don’t think the pictures really do this home justice - it is a1000 times better in-person. We loved every moment Can't wait to stay here again!!!!!

The property is amazing, back yard is perfect for group sports/activities. And the front has a beautiful view of the sunset over the mountains. Incredibly clear sky to see stars at night. We added the middle rice ocoee rafting that our group of adults enjoyed a ton. It’s only a 15 min ride to town where you can do that and visit breweries and restaurants as well! Thanks again!

Lovely property with amazing views. It was the perfect size for our family of 19 to spread out and relax. Would definitely stay there again!

Place was really great. My family and my kids friends have been coming to the area to raft for several years. Jasons place is 10 minutes from our outfitter and has all the amenities u could want. We cooked in a well stocked kitchen and enjoyed all the amenities. Played poker, local golf, tubed and rafted. Couldn’t ask for a better weekend.

My family and I stay in the mountains annually. We are always looking for a place for a large group and parking. This cabin is ideal. This trip was for a memorial service for my son who died in 2021. We had family from Missouri, Alabama, Texas, Virginia, Indiana and Georgia. The kids loved the pool table and ping pong. The fire pit was so nice at night. The refrigerator was huge and held everything we needed for our stay. The view all around was nothing but mountains. It is rare to find a secluded cabin. We are making plans for next July.

It was clean upon arrival and the house is made to accommodate a lg crowd. Our complaints were`the hand soap bottles in bathrooms were barely any in. The game room is dated- ping pong paddles were bare wood, no padding and only one ball, fooseball poles were missing handles, pool sticks bad shape. and sure wish there were smaller glasses- our choice was wine glasses or the big tumblers no inbetween, maybe more toilet paper or tell people to bring extra, There is an extra feezer in garage which is nice but an extra frig even small would have helped us out. It was a crowded frig and we made all meals as you are secluded but that made it nice as it was very quiet and you could see the stars great

The house was better than advertised, the picture do not do it justice. The check-in procedure was easy and the owner responded quickly to all questions and requests. The local area is great and there is a lot of things to do and things to see. We will be back again soon.
