Great views, unique experience (tent room) and amazing beach that is not crowded.

We both got SEVERE poisoning during our stay, which lasted 4 nights. We felt extremely sick on the last day so it is 100% something we ate or drank at the property, most likely the water provided, which was allegedly "filtered" and put in a copper container in the tent but tasted very bad, smelled very bad, and it was not clear looking. Yet they insisted it was fine (bottled water is not accessible from the property, only the outside beach bar sells it when it's open). Even to the last moment when one of us literally puked in the property's garden, we were not provided with bottled water. I get that India is trying to reduce plastic consumption, but other hotels provided *good* filtered water. We were sick for days, our return flight was a nightmare because of this. This is a horrible experience that ruins your whole trip, so do not chose this property.

We were severely poisoned. Most likely from the water provided or from the not-fresh food (same dish was offered multiple days in a row). We were severely sick. Surefire way to ruin your trip in India.

Amazing place, the luxury cottage was very comfortable and the staff made us feel welcome. The access to the beach was easy, the view and feel of the property feels close to nature.

The location can be a bit tough to reach. Also, the beach is not a private to the property so you can expect anyone and everyone to show up.

Cabo serai provided for a well balanced dream vacation in goa. It was a true blend of foresty mountains and the beach. Located amidst the green in the mountains, the property has a very boho touch to it with the rooms so well designed all in woods and the living area open to the wildnersess outside with just a glass partition😍 The restricted menu served only fresh food with fresh veggies. The staff are friendly enough to have the room decorated for a simple small birthday celebration for my husband dear.💞 A buggy is always at your service to pick and drop you from a semi private beach which is yet another view altogether. The pool is damn well maintained and is mobbed by the lush green. Overall I would rate a 10 on 10 for this property 🎆

Food menu can get a bit elaborate and make more dishes for us to relish.

There were dead insects in the shower area under the wooden panel , which was reported as it is . They must clean the wooden panels regularly .

Excellent property a little far from beach.

The beach is very beautiful and less crowded but was filthy. Needs major efforts towards cleanliness

The cottages were neatly maintained but due to the woods I could see some ants and spiders

1) The fan did not work & the staff came at 10:30 pm in the night for the fan repair work which was quite Inane and late considering I was already in the bed 2) It’s a too long a walk up and down to reach the rooms. What I failed to understand is the logic behind constructing this Hotel. Car parking is somewhere and the Rooms and reception are elsewhere 3) Every room is given a Jio phone to call the Guest service but the mobile which I was given was not even recharged. I had come down and got stuck as I couldn’t call the guest service and had to wait till the Buggy showed up for somebody else’s pick up 4) Food was the worst of all and the main source of my disappointment. No variety at all and you have no other choice to order from the limited menu. for the price you pay even a 2 or 3 star hotels provide better Breakfast options. 5) you should come here only if you have no plans of going out to other places. After the rough ride to reach this place, I didn’t dare to step out because the approach road is not even a road, it’s like driving in wilderness worst experience. please do not waste your money on this place.

Amazing picturesque location, truly eco-friendly resort. the rooms are located in such manner that u have full privacy. Very helpful staff. Food in the restaurant is delicious, different menu every day. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our room was amazingly decorated and little picnic was organized for us on top of the cliff. That made our anniversary really special. Love the experience

Very unique stay and staff was very helpful

The only downside is the food they seriously need to change their chef or provide some training. They made a mockery out of Goan food. In my entire hospitality experience i haven't seen a calamari so badly presented and cooked it was a joke it felt like a joke it felt like a single calamari was taken and cut into 6 slices. Something seriously needs to be done with their food or their property might suffer a lot
