The parking and location

For family it is best. We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights the service was amazing and the staff was also very cooperative. If you have a baby then it is best. You will get all the kitchen essentials to prepare food, only u need to carry food items. Also you will get a washing machine which is the best part because we have gone to the beach many times and clothes were getting dirty with the help of washing machine we cleaned it many times 🥰🥰 highly recommended 😀

Location very good, nice place to stay, 2 families can stay comfortable with kitchen, laundry facilities

Rooms was spacious and clean,housekeeping staff was supportive and parking guard is also supportive.

We dont like pool,too much chlorine in pool ,having skin allergies and eyes infections and no pool guard was there people were jumping in underwears and most of the machines are not working in GYM and receptionist (Harshit jain )was rude no smiling face when we asked for something.

no hot water in the kitchen the apartment needed updating and the cupboards and interior was dirty we also were charged extra for sitting in a spare apartment until ours was ready very basic kitchen contents chips in the cups no cloth to clean had to ask for a knife as none in the drawer bathrooms durty also toilets could not get any tv channels it was all chargable

The apartment is within walking distance of Candolim & Calangute beaches and not too far from the Main Road, Calangute to buy supplies. There is a very good restaurant (less than a 10 min walk) in a road close to the property that leads to the Main Road where we ate most evenings. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious with 2 balconies. The service levels were excellent from all the staff, but a standout is Harshit Jain, who I now consider to be a friend. He really went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Drinking water was delivered every morning and cleaning of the apartment was offered on a daily basis. I cannot see myself staying elsewhere on a next visit to North Goa and definitely can recommend this property.

Location is v accessible to condolim and calangute beaches .many restaurants are just stone throw away .

Flat is little out dated . Need re furbishments in rooms and toilet .
