Localisation proche du port, des restaurants et des bars sans être gênés par le bruit. -Équipements basiques et confort moyen mais logique vu le faible prix de la chambre comparé à ce qui se fait sur le reste de l'île. -Grande chambre avec 2 lits doubles. Clim et ventilateur.

Pas de réception pour notre check-in. -Pas d'eau lors de coupure de courant qui sont fréquentes sur l'île (pas d'eau chaude tout court). -Pas de wifi. -La chambre aurait besoin d'une remise à neuf (peinture écaillée et moisissure à certains endroits). -Mauvais odeur de l'évier. -Chantier en cours juste à côté de la chambre donc bruit le matin (à partir de 7h).

The beds were comfortable

Was so surprised that I read so many amazing reviews about this place and the hosts, and it wasn’t the case. They were not welcoming at all, (first time we had foreigner hosts in all Cambodia). Didn’t see them for the whole stay. While a storm was no electricity and no water I just sent a text to ask if there was something to go about it or how long it could take. Never got an answer. We waited for it to come back by itself. It did, and I let the host know. No answer again. We did the check out by ourselves with tout seeing anyone no message nothing. Also there are building works right in the front of the house. Of course it is not the host’s fault but should be written in the description as you CAN’T sleep after 7:45am. The other customers in the room next to us, agreed also and even booked in another place.

The location is a small 5 minute walk outside of the main beach. The owner was very helpfully but his time is limited as he teaches at the nearby school. He was helpful when we got stuck on the island and allowed us to stag extra nights. The room was clean and the wifi was reliable.

Nothing bad about the property itself, just to make sure you check the weather before taking the trip to Koh Rong as the police are quick to stop boats going to and from the mainland. This means you could get stuck on the island longer than expected.

Our host was very lovely and helpful. Good location. Room was clean - would recommend, definite value for money.

Great little place in Koh Rong away from the hustle & bustle but still close to head to bars and beach for a dip. Sey & his wife were very accommodating and friendly. Rusty the dog was good company 2

Due to the Island being overcrowded for what it can handle they have intermittent power cuts to conserve I'd say, so at times you would go for hours without power which in the heat on the Island in excess of 40+ is not ideal especially if you are just wanting a cold shower from the beach.Not a huge deal but when u r paying $20US a night, can be a bit frustrating at times.

- No bedside lamp - 4hrs / day no running water and no electricity what seems to be a problem on the whole island - if I would have known before I might have looked for a hotel with back up generator

very kind and generous owner who prepared fruit plate for us every morning and gave us coffees to make in the room. the room was super spacious with great beds and clean bathroom. the location was not bad at all, there is a little hill you have to climb but nothing too crazy and definitely worth the serenity of the place as there are chickens around it can be a bit noisy if you’re sensitive to that but it didn’t bother us at all. if anything it gave us a feeling of being away from the touristy bit of the island
